2 hands and 2 feet down the best corn chowder in town. I ordered quart to go and I couldn't resist... Finished the whole bowl in my car. Oink oink! Teehee. Had nibble of the smash burger but the chowder really takes the crown.

The Brick House is a consistent solid favorite. We have dined in, carried out, snd enjoyed their food truck offerings. The food is always tasty and creative. The staff really seem to enjoy what they do, they are cheerful and helpful. The prices are reasonable.
Our last order included two of our favorites, The Eruption, and The Atomic Punk, with fries of course. We are kind fry-freaks, and theirs are unique, on the larger size with a crispy outer layer, a soft interior, and well seasoned.
The dine in atmosphere can be a bit loud at times but this is because folks are having a great time. We have always been able to talk and be heard just fine though.
This is also a great place to dine before catching a show at The Ghostlight Theatre just down the street.

Food is always horrendous here, every time I go here to try a burger I end up feeling nauseous and in the bathroom. I will never eat here again. We tried 3 times and the same thing everytime. Recently they won in the top 3 burgers of 2025 Again we thought maybe they got new staff. Then again, strait to the bathroom few hours later

Walked in and was greeted seated and that was it. Watched two other tables be seated and their servers bring them water while we waited for someone to even acknowledge us. There was only four other tables and they already had food so they weren't busy at all. Needless to say we left.

The food was excellent! We ordered the cheese curds as a appetizer. It was beyond what we expected. Not a traditional cheese curd dish. It was better! Holding all cheese curds to this standard now! We both ordered a smash burger. Was our first smash burgers as well. They were perfect! This restaurant was warm and inviting and very friendly kind staff!. A beautiful atmosphere for a couple or a family or if your on your own. Don't skip The Brick house! It's very easy to get there with the bypass being completed now. Good job Benton Harbor!

We love everything about this place! Found you on Google and your reviews were great so let's give it a try! Atmosphere is neat, greeted cheerfully, and our waitress, Ashley, was terrific! She made the experience fun and really helped with menu choices. The food was fantastic! That ham and bean soup? I'm still dreaming about it! The ham, brie and apple sandwich? To die for.
Food was delicious! Service was on point!! Recommend the cheese curds, unchained chicken sandwich and the fair warning chicken sandwich. Will definitely be back for more!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. We came in on a whim. There was a food truck sitting outside. We walked in we were pleasantly greeted quickly. Food came quickly as well. Every single thing we had was good. The fish sandwich. I don't have one single thing to say negatively about this restaurant. We came in from out of town and we're not expecting this. Definitely 10 out of 10 and would come back again in a heartbeat. Children are welcome. The atmosphere is positive and upbeat. The servers were kind and attentive. The drinks were varied and interesting.
