This place is what St. Joe and Benton Harbor have been missing for a long time. Legit healthy focused smoothies. No nonsense, just clean, delicious smoothies. My wife and I have been waiting for this type of option for 8+ years. My favorite, hands down is the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Protein shake. A little guilty pleasure, but packed with the right stuff to start the day.

Stopped in the new St Joe location for a quick protein shake at lunch. I was greeted when I walked in and in minutes I was handed my delicious strawberry vanilla protein smoothie! So happy they expanded to a second location.
Parking: I was able to find free parking within the block.
Kid-friendliness: The new clean and bright beach vibe is very welcoming to all ages.

Great spot for a smoothie! I had the Popeye’s spinach smoothie w/pineapple—one of the best I’ve had—great staff, helpful. We got it to go but it would be a great place to sit or even work.
