Witnessed with my own eyes an employee eat fries with her hands and then put them in a bag to serve. I was absolutely speechless. Also insanely slow service even though we were the only ones in line. DO NOT EAT HERE.

They were out of all salads and Coke Zero. The service was slow and they employees were abrupt and rude. Not a very good option for lunch.

Went in to order and waited about 15 minutes only for one of the workers to rudely tell me it was drive through only. Door was unlocked and workers watched me wait at the counter the entire time. Absolutely horrible service, please do not go here.

Went here today and the customer service was awful, our order was completely wrong even after having to order at the window with multiple people talking to us, and after getting our food there was a dead bug on one of the burgers. Was a complete waste

Was in the drive thru for over 20 mins people inside were arguing about who is going to mop the floor next. So I pulled out of line and went to Burger King across the street, wow was the food amazing. BK still got it going.

1 star bc it took 13 min for us not even get to order when 4 workers are working and no one in line. Then we go to the drive through and takes another 5 min just to order

Pulled up during a road trip to locked doors during business hours. Called and they unlocked the doors and let us in. After using the restroom they told us the dining room was closed and we had to use the drive through. Waited 10 min at the drive through only to get a very poor quality order with wrong and missing items. Will mark this Wendy’s as a NO STOP for future roadtrips.

If you go inside they only help drive thru. So you go through drive thru and wait. You need more organization or more employees if someone sitting in drive thru 15 minutes by the time they pay the food should of been done. Nope sitting at windows waiting for food another 10 minutes. People on lunch break blow whole lunch waiting. Do better

First off didn’t have sprite which is whatever but I had ordered online and had a specialty order these people apparently can’t even read the screen it said no ranch no lettuce got home opened up my wrap and saw a hole freakin heap of ranch and lettuce like cmon guys it was an online order it says it right on the fn screen never going here again

Absolutely disgusting! Went for breakfast and when my food was delivered to my auto... there was a cigar in it. Luckily I didn't eat in the auto and found it when unpacking my breakfast sandwich. I called and was told I would have to come in to get my card credited! NEVER EVER WILL I GO TO THIS WENDY'S.
