Since when is the lobby closed at 7:45 pm?!? But the door is unlocked.. website says open until 12.
Destiny took our order, bagged it for each person separately without me even requesting it and greeted us with superior customer service. I called the location to ask for her name and was presently surprised when Alexis answered and was over the top with her positive attitude without even knowing why I was calling. Our food tasted fresh, hot and we are beyond impressed with this last minute stop on a long road trip home!

Pulled into the drive-thru, no one responded. Parked and went in. Girl with a headset on put her phone down for enough time to tell me the lobby was closed. I told her we wanted to order at the drive-thru. I got back in my car and went to the drive-thru again. I ordered but it was wrong on the screen. Girl refused to fix the mistake. I drove away. Complete failure... how hard is it to find good help enough to place a fast food order.

Please find anyplace else to go. I can't remember the last time I saw it clean, the food is rushed, and the attitude of the employees is dismal at best. And to make it worse, it has been this way for a very long time. I personally only go because other people want it. I NEVER go for myself, and haven't for a couple years.

Worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Service was slow and staff were rude to customers. 5 Customers walked out without ordering because No one came up to take their order.Restaurant smelled and floor was sticky when you walked. Fry’s were hot but had been recooked multiple times.Pop machine in lobby doesn’t work according to staff.Watched an employee go out and sit in a customers car and then come back in and never washed his hands before he went back to work.I doubt Wendy’s will do anything about it. A

I ordered a combo from Wendy's on my way to work. When I bit into the burger it was cold. It seems that the burger was was precooked and laying around for hours. The fries were hot and so we're the nuggets. This is the second time I was given cold, old food from this establishment. I will never purchase food from thos Benton harbor location anymore. I would rather go out of my way to st joseph Wendy's because their food is always fresh and hot. Beware of Wendy's located on m-139 in benton harbor michigan.

Went inside to order and was told they were only doing drive thru even though I was standing at the register waiting to order take out.
No chilly and was very rude.

I wish I would have walked back out after walking in. This place smells dirty, looks dirty and entryway is missing the door.

Had their double stack burger with extra tomato, onion, lettuce no extra charge. Fast friendly service. Dined in. I did have to go out and get my coat because it was too cool in the place.

They asked me if I would be willing to wait extra time for a fresh spicy chicken patty. I feel like that never happens at least in my experience at fast food places, they usually just give you the old stuff that’s been sitting out. Spicy chicken sandwich slapped
They are slow when going through drive thru. Very slow. Last time I ordered a Sprite Zero and waited about ten minutes in all. It often sounds like not enough people are working to run properly.

this is the 2nd time i went through the drive through and have had issues with the lady at the window. the first time, she literally cut us off in the middle of our order and told us to pull up. when we got to the window we ask to add 1 drink because we didn’t get to finish ordering and she proceeded to yell at us saying “we don’t do that here”. the second time, i ordered the $8 jbc meal (no mayo) and a son of the baconator (plain). i got my food. i had the 2 jbc WITH mayo and i DIDNT EVEN get my other sandwich at all. i went into the lobby and told them. the lady from the window came up to me and proceeded to say “if yall asked for mayo, it would’ve been on there so” and rolled her eyes at me. but when she repeated my order back to me it was right AND on the screen it was right. so i don’t know how in those 2 minutes my order got messed up that bad.
