Great bar staff! With amazing personality. The food was great too! Beer wasn’t overpriced! Def the best bang for your buck in terms of wings and beer in Berrien county! Go get you some good times and good wings!!

We went for lunch today and Taneika was absolutely wonderful! The food was great, but Taneika really was the sweetest. My younger kids made it a point to tell us how incredibly nice she was. So thank you Taneika for the great service!

The staff was friendly and gave good service, and the regulars were welcoming. The place had plenty of TVs to watch sports. We didn't have a meal, but if you order chips be sure to get the queso, because it's delicious. Also, the cheesecake chimis were a fun little dessert item and very tasty.

again, i have been here twice. both times the waitress/bartender at the bar leaves the bar to talk with her friends. she was gone for approx 15 minutes. no waitress was at the bar while she was gone. there were approx 8 people at the bar. i aaked about her absence, you didnt think it was a problem. i was shocked by her attitude. she didnt see a problem with leaving her post to go talk to her friends for approx 15 minutes. i know the owner of the establishment. i will call her to discuss this second incident.

Serving staff is top tier. However, they got my takeout order wrong, had to drive 15 minutes back. When I picked up the correct order, there were gnats flying around inside the to-go box.
For Benton Harbor, this is top notch. Anywhere else it would be shut down immediately.

I had the fish sandwich with fries. The fish was huge, hot and very good. The fries were hot & fresh. I always get the wings and was nervous about deviating but I was pleasantly surprised that it was very good. If I find something I like at a restaurant I tend to not try other things because I'm usually disappointed and regret not getting my usual. This time I was happy. The wings here are always good I just wanted a change.
My husband got the wings (yes I snagged one 😊) and the were large, hot and very very good.
This is a great place and the servers are always wonderful so I'm always surprised that they aren't busier but it was a Sunday around 11:30 so maybe they get busier later on.

I ordered boneless wings and after eating a few of them, I noticed something while chewing. There was a hair that was about 2 feet long oun my mouth. I almost threw up on the table. I would never go back there ever again! Our waitress took it off my bill, but the experience was life-changing for me eating at Wings Etc.
