Ordered for my wife and I for curbside pickup. No issues with my wife’s order. My order, however, was totally a hot mess. I ordered the bbq chicken strips basket and extra dipping sauce. I opened the box and what I found instantly angered me. They tossed three chicken strips on the bottom, then the two toast pieces on top of those, then three more chicken strips on top of that. Had the fish sandwich. Delicious and generous size. The one front staff person we dealt with was extraordinarily friendly and smiling. Seems like a well-run and put together place. If you like DQ, you will like this DQ.
The only reason for the -2 stars is the last 3X I've gotten a chicken strip basket, the strips are either different from a while ago or they are burned cause they are way darker than before and don't taste as good. I also miss their old ranch instead of the homemade stuff.
