Food was pretty good until they let off their only decent cook. Place has been going downhill ever since. Won’t be eating there again. Would rather eat the scraps from a Chuck E. Cheese dumpster than dine here again. Food tastes like dishwater now.
wish i could rate lower than one star. terrible experience and frankly quite disgusting. i’m pretty sure i overheard some employees talking about a rat they saw around the kitchen. 0/10. will not be coming here again.
One track menu. One cook? Why is it all Cajun and blackened? One burger? So you have the meat and all the toppings and you put a hot burger on the menu? Price? I'd rather go to one of the \\\"dr of burgers joints\\\" schuburgers.
wait staff was hella unorganized and there was a gaggle of men at the bar who kept staring and making loud comments about me and my friends :/
What a disappointment. First, after ordering was told out of burgers. Flat coke, long wait. Almost left but order finally came out, but mind you, only one other table. The available vegetable was asparagus, was like eating sticks, chicken was charcoal burnt on the edges. Used to be a nice place. Please sell the place, sell the hotel. Somebody needs to put money and effort back into the place.

A little slow. But good place to sit and talk. Decent bar food. Onion rings were very good.
This place is slightly outdated but they make it up with the people. The service is outstanding and everyone I had contact with were great. Definitely will be back..........
They have done a tremendous job improving their service and food!! I will definitely be back!
Good, fast and friendly service. The buffet looked dry but the food we ordered was really good.

I think it should be busier. Food is fresh and delicious. And it came out fast.
The food was good but both times I went the staff was rude. Maybe just went in on the wrong day.
Holiday inn hotel is a great hotel to stay at and they have great hotel service
You go there, you'll understand the rating.
Was up in Big Rapids for the Ferris State University Homecoming. It was off the chain. Hung out with all the fraternities & partied hard.
