We walked in at dinner time on a Sunday evening. Had a 20 minute wait even though most of the tables were empty. Half the tables had not been bused and there was trash all over the floor. I would have normally walked out, but my elderly parents wanted to stay. Our waiter was nice, but never brought the little extras that we asked for more than once, like napkins and extra olives for my drink. My husband went to the bar to get it himself. The table of 6 next to us got great service because they were friends with the bartender and he kept bringing them drinks and food every couple of minutes with the help of extra staff on top of that. We couldn't even get a napkin. The nachos we ordered were almost completely bare, so we asked f or extra cheese and were told it was an up charge. I doubt the kids at the next table would have been charged after seeing the fries overflowing from their plates. We won't be back...unless we somehow become friends with an employee..lol

The food was alright. My pasta was dry, it sat under a warmer for too long, but the chicken was good. My mudslide wasn't full, felt a bit ripped off considering the price.

This Applebee's has great service with always kind hosts. I even had the manager come out once and randomly asked how we were doing. A nice family and college student friendly joint. The food is always hot and cooked well. Burgers, pasta, fries, and even salads were well made.
Service was slow. Waited 15 mins for a drink order.

Food was looked and taste great, the attitude from the surver was I needed and unwanted as a place in order is an inconvenience for them also they could have a little bit of a fair deal lower prices on appetizers four pretzels shouldn't be $10 ever anywhere
