This Applebee's has great service with always kind hosts. I even had the manager come out once and randomly asked how we were doing. A nice family and college student friendly joint. The food is always hot and cooked well. Burgers, pasta, fries, and even salads were well made.
Food was looked and taste great, the attitude from the surver was I needed and unwanted as a place in order is an inconvenience for them also they could have a little bit of a fair deal lower prices on appetizers four pretzels shouldn't be $10 ever anywhere
This is very delicious the place food is amazing the seating is amazing and everything our waitress is amazing our waitress was Merle N she was so kind and nice I would rate big rapids Applebee's 10/10
