I love Arby's sandwiches and their crinkle fries are the best! They also have great chicken nuggets. In fact our dog, Roxy will not eat any other nuggets but Arby's! Spoiled, you say....Yes, I say, very much so but at least she has great taste!

Ordered a double beef and cheddar meal with a 6pcs mozzarella stick and a Dr Pepper.. The sandwich tasted old the bread was very soggy and the mozzarella sticks were stale and old! I used to work here so I know what Amanda’s standards for her food is! But, the staff was very friendly!

I returned my lemonade and asked for less ice please and was treated very ,very rude by shaking the cup of ice in my face saying" is this enough ice!!" "is this enough ice!!" ...I should've just cancelled my whole order... I usually like going to Arby's but I won't be back after me and my daughter were treated today .

Had an online order with mac and cheese bites came out so burnt they were inedible drove back to the store to get a remake and the second order was also burnt.
More than the 4.2 average. Their are actual managers who train each other and train their workers. The workers have a positive attitude or continually moving to clean and care for the environment and the customers that are there. They set standards that others might adopt as best practices
