They were not busy at all, we were the only car there, yet, we did not receive straws for our drinks. We did not receive Arby's or horsey sauce even after being asked. My husband won't even eat his double roast beef sandwich with out the sauce because it is dry and we could not even take a drink to counter the dryness. Upon calling, the woman shift manager did nothing to try and make anything right!!! I will think twice before going here again or telling anyone they are good at their jobs.

The staff are very courteous and friendly and don’t mind a touch of humor, which, in my opinion, makes for a great time by all. It's always quite cool (one of my kids is always cold) inside this Arby's in the winter.
We went in side to eat we enjoyed the friendly staff and would not mind going back.

So been to this location few times. Been okay til last week.... Husband went through the drive thru. Said they were busy. By the time he arrived home, (only 5 minutes away), all our fries were ice cold and the good burgers were not even cooked all the way. I ended up throwing mine away. Very disappointed considering how much fast food costs now days. Not sure what's going on there, but it's gonna be a long time til we are back.

The serving sizes are ridiculous, we got two kids meals for $11. The price isn't the bad thing, it's the ridiculous food serving. They give you such a small amount of food and it's not even that good. Also their Fry's were not good they were mushy and tasted burnt.
