Wanted to give Biggby one more try, shouldn't have. Ordered a 16 oz half sweet vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso and it tasted like warm vanilla milk. No coffee taste at all. In hindsight that's probably good since Biggby has the worst tasting coffee of all the chains. Should have went to McDonald's and got a coffee (not good coffee either but much better than Biggby). I'm forever done with Biggby at any location. Theirvcoffee stinks everywhere you go.

Drinks are always good. Food is always good. Yes, sometimes there is a wait. It is a very popular coffee shop in the heart of Big Rapids. Be patient. It's worth the wait. ☺️

Literally took almost 40 minutes to get two coffees made. I have never in my life seen a place take so long to get through a line of people and make some coffee. I get that it is Mother’s Day, but you need to anticipate that you will be busy and properly staff your store. Won’t be wasting my time coming back here as the coffee certainly was not worth the wait.

Oh my lord, I went in this morning just now for a coffee and the girl at the front desk was so rude! I have never been treated like this from a barista before lol, she looked to be about 19. I don’t know if it was just her sassy or what, horrible attitude. When I didn’t tip her she scoffed too like honey I can’t give you a tip for treating me like that holy smokes

This location is so bad. The staff have been rude every time I have went there. The store itself is quite dirty, and my latte was overpriced, and not very good. Definitely would not recommend this location in particular. Check out one of the local coffee shops in downtown BR. Much better and same price point.

First of all for us who don't go into biggby to often and ordered a spotted owl NOT knowing it naturally comes hot but I was not asked by cashier either. So when I received it hot I said oh no I'm traveling today I would like a cold one. She acted totally exhausted that she had to remake it.so I'm glad the other gal had NO PROBLEM fixing the order. Now I know though. My daughter usually gets it for me so I didn't know there was a hot or cold.
Tried the fluffy cloud with salted caramel latte. It was very good. It is white chocolate and marshmallow and espresso. I enjoyed it.

I go here alot and I get he same drink every time, so I'm not understanding why it tastes differently depending on who is working. This time my butter bear doesn't even taste like it has any butterscotch or Carmel in it, it tastes like plain dark roast coffee and is gross.

Idn like their coffee didn't have an espresso machine it was broken So yeah idn like it They didn't listen to me either about how I wanted my coffee with hot chocolate in it with whipped topping none of that was like wow ok. That was in Big Rapids And not too friendly either College kids or not have to learn to deal with the people and I'm not that hard to make happy with a coffee/hot chocolate and some whip on top.. to me sorry not that hard.
