Drinks are always good. Food is always good. Yes, sometimes there is a wait. It is a very popular coffee shop in the heart of Big Rapids. Be patient. It's worth the wait. ☺️

Literally took almost 40 minutes to get two coffees made. I have never in my life seen a place take so long to get through a line of people and make some coffee. I get that it is Mother’s Day, but you need to anticipate that you will be busy and properly staff your store. Won’t be wasting my time coming back here as the coffee certainly was not worth the wait.

Oh my lord, I went in this morning just now for a coffee and the girl at the front desk was so rude! I have never been treated like this from a barista before lol, she looked to be about 19. I don’t know if it was just her sassy or what, horrible attitude. When I didn’t tip her she scoffed too like honey I can’t give you a tip for treating me like that holy smokes

This location is so bad. The staff have been rude every time I have went there. The store itself is quite dirty, and my latte was overpriced, and not very good. Definitely would not recommend this location in particular. Check out one of the local coffee shops in downtown BR. Much better and same price point.

First of all for us who don't go into biggby to often and ordered a spotted owl NOT knowing it naturally comes hot but I was not asked by cashier either. So when I received it hot I said oh no I'm traveling today I would like a cold one. She acted totally exhausted that she had to remake it.so I'm glad the other gal had NO PROBLEM fixing the order. Now I know though. My daughter usually gets it for me so I didn't know there was a hot or cold.

Tried the fluffy cloud with salted caramel latte. It was very good. It is white chocolate and marshmallow and espresso. I enjoyed it.

I go here alot and I get he same drink every time, so I'm not understanding why it tastes differently depending on who is working. This time my butter bear doesn't even taste like it has any butterscotch or Carmel in it, it tastes like plain dark roast coffee and is gross.

Idn like their coffee didn't have an espresso machine it was broken So yeah idn like it They didn't listen to me either about how I wanted my coffee with hot chocolate in it with whipped topping none of that was like wow ok. That was in Big Rapids And not too friendly either College kids or not have to learn to deal with the people and I'm not that hard to make happy with a coffee/hot chocolate and some whip on top.. to me sorry not that hard. This is the third time I've ordered a 24 oz drink and received a 20 oz drink when they were slammed busy. I also never receive my receipt after payment.

I did a mobile order today which I've never done before so I walked in and went to the back assuming that's where pickup orders would be. Someone called out a hot Chai in which I had ordered along with another drink and bagles...I rose my hand and signaled it was mine and went up and grabbed it. Told them I had other drinks and bagles to wait for. I then notice a tray with 2 bagles on it and someone had just put 2 drinks up there..I went over and it was my order. They then stopped me and asked if I ordered 2 hot Chai in which I said no and I apologized for grabbing the other one I didn't know whose it was. I offered to pay for it but was told no just leave in a very rude way along with an eye roll.... I'm not familiar with mobile ordering or how it works from store to store but that remark was uncalled for by the barista. Makes me not want to come back to this store.

I live in another state, so this is my first visit here. I came for the wi-fi and an iced tea. There were some people at tables, and some people in line behind me. Great decor! Looks like a cool place. I ordered an iced tea, and the cashier was friendly, helpful and cheerful. I placed my order and asked if someone could wipe off the table where I was sitting. She said, "Absolutely!" and turned to the two young ladies standing next to her talking to each other and asked if they could. They ignored her and kept talking. She asked them again. They turned and with great hostility spit the words: "I am learning how to make an iced tea!!" First, they were both literally standing there talking to each other. Second, they could have said that they would do it as soon as the next iced tea was done (which didn't seem to be the case anyway). Their demeanor and body language were so rude and intense, given this basic, simple request made with cheerfulness and professionalism. I was embarrassed for her to be talked to this way, and worse, for it to be done in front of customers. One of the two ladies came and wiped some tables - but not the one that I requested (where I was sitting). I went back up and asked that it be done. The other lady came out and I said something to her about the cashier being so professional and friendly and everyone else being so rude and not. She continued with her hostile demeanor. I hope they don't always act like this, it's awful.
