We stopped in for a hot dinner with comfort food after a long day on the road. We ordered the turkey dinner, pancakes and coffee. The meals were served warm, not hot, the coffee was weak and not fresh. The turkey looked like old, packaged lunch meat. It clearly had been microwaved several times. It was dry and grey. The gravy had started to congeal. The carrots were overcooked and mushy. The stuffing was so old it had turned into a lump. The pancakes were tasteless. In short, this meal was disgusting.

Will never come back here. Our table was dirty. A sandwich order was moldy, which took a long time to replace. Once we received it we were all done with the rest of the meals and waiting to leave. Potatoes of another order were undercooked and cold. Half of another order was missing. We were never asked for any coffee refills and this isn’t including the hour it took to get the food. Which is what it is. We will never return as this was absolutely disgusting. 👎🏼

This place has went way down hill on there service. The waitress changed my order without asking then wasn't going to tell me. Poor service and won't go back.
It took 30 minutes to get food that is 100% pre-prepared. The restaurant was not full. No excuse for understaffed. None.

This was the worst restaurant (Big Rapids MI)I have ever had the displeasure of going to. It took 25 minutes to take our order, then after waiting 45 minutes for our order to get to us, the waiter comes to our table asking us what exactly is it we ordered. We just canceled the order and wasted an hour and a half, and left

Had to wait over an hour for food which NEVER came and member of staff waved her hands and said you can just leave I don’t know why we were treated so poorly Discriminated against? I don’t know but all I know is me and my husband sat over an hour over drinks and never got our dinner Good news is we went to Wendy’s and was treated kindly with respect and finally got dinner shortly before 9 pm

Stopped for breakfast on a Thursday morning around 10:20 and not busy. Hostess was quick and pleasant, however, the service after that was not acceptable. We were told our server (Deborah) would be right with us. After being told this three times with still nothing to even drink we decided to leave and go to Alamode Cafe. It was the best choice! I would recommend saving time and just going to Alamode Cafe.
