We went in for the BOGO burgers for National Cheeseburger Day. Had to redeem the coupon on the app, which would have been fine, accept the app was not working. Had to pay full price for the burgers, they would not honor their own coupon even though it was their system that wasn't working for over an hour and others were also having difficulty. The server, Hannah, was short with us, and it took longer than normal for her to come take our order, then it took nearly 20 minutes for her to come check if we needed any boxes and bring us our check. Out of all the great experiences we've had at this location, today was terrible.

So apparently if football season starts no other sports in the whole united states matter to the management at the b dubs. I was told that even tho there were multiple tvs playing the same game on the same wall, it could not be changed to the NASCAR playoff race because its football season and they are maintaining the integrity of the football season. Total bullshit. The servers were fantastic, it just to bad watching grown men in spandex bump into eachother is more important than every other damn sport.

The food is decent and fits the bill, but I have yet to EVER get a delivery from this shop that has all of the items I ordered. Today we were missing potato wedges with an up charge for cheese.
In person service is just fine, but your mileage may vary with the quality of any delivery order, no matter how simple.

Had a great time here of course all b dubs have amazing ambience’s with tons of TVs and amazing decorations. With this specific location there were tons of really cool Ferris state and local sports decorations alongside some other cool ones. The food was prepared to perfection and the service was efficient and quick. Plenty of parking

The barista and managers are excellent and work very hard to ensure great service. When some one doesn't have a answer they are great at finding some one that does and doing it quickly. Biggest plus is that I never had to ask for a refill and never interrupted in the middle of eating they were very attentive and do a amazing job. I been to many B-Dubs locations across Michigan and this one is by far the best in my opinion.

Ordered an almost $70.00 family meal for my kids for carry out. Upon coming in the woman did not want to explain to me what was in the bag when I asked. Then we tried to eat the food which seemed cold and like it was hours old. To the point the sauce was almost all absorbed into the mushy chicken. Fried chicken is not supposed to be mushy. Nothing tasted right at all. I really think I got wings that were hours old. And old sauce. The fries were burnt and hard. Onion rings were the only thing that was good. But 5 onion rings for 6 dollars is a lot. I did not receive the correct sauces or portions that I ordered online. Just disappointed in the amount of money I spent and the trash I received. Not all locations are like this, but this one can not cook right.

I pretty much exclusively get takeout and almost always the exact same thing and there is little consistency from order to order. Sometimes the boneless wings will be caked with the dry rub, sometimes barely a sprinkle on them.
Then there's the ranch, they only fill most of the little cups up like halfway so it's almost never enough. Like the 10 cents they're saving on ranch is their margin.
Pickup orders are often not done on time either. I walked in a few minutes before when the app said my order would be ready and waiting eight minutes before anyone even addressed the line at the door. My food then came out 12 minutes after the app said it would be done.
Admittedly I've only been given an issue once when asking for a couple of extra ranches but if I was trying to pick up lunch and only had half an hour like my previous place of work gave us 12 minutes would be an issue.
These issues are not specific to this location either, they seem to be pretty universal at BWW. The food is fantastic though.
