I never been so upset with any type of service. I ordered no pickles on my chicken sandwich mind you I was so mad. I took the pickles off and threw them in the trashcan. That’s why there’s a picture of them in the trashcan. They were on my chicken sandwich Clearly stated no pickles on my sandwich only lettuce. Then for my fiancé’s burger, I said no lettuce, ketchup, pickles, add mayo. Guess what they put on his lettuce and mayo there’s no pickles there’s no ketchup there’s nothing. Yes, I scooped off the lettuce for him because if he eats the lettuce, he gets sick just like when I bite into a pickle I get really sick and I start shaking for some reason but I believe it’s due to my autism. That’s why pickles give me more of an ick. anyway, same with fries there is no cheese on our fries whatsoever and they are very soggy. This has to be the most disgusting display of food I ever seen. now I never once complained about an order that o had delivered. But Am I going to eat my chicken sandwich or course because other people cannot have food or do not have food. But it’s the principle of the matter that people order certain things the way they order them cause it could be due to allergies or like me sensitivity issues with autism. So Buffalo wild wings today you pissed me off. you also forgot my drink which I was OK with because we make mistakes but you knowing you messed up my whole order after checking Everything really pisses me off. and you guys are the only people I’ve ordered from to deliver food to me that messed up my order and no I do not have a car only my fiancé has a car and he’s at work so yes that’s why I had my food delivered to me. Congratulations on that.

Black bean veggie burger is on the map! Our table also ordered boneless wings. Good portion and smothered in yummy sauce. Served was attentive on refilling our drinks and checked in with us often.

Sunday night my wife and I arrive with our 2 kids. We tell the host we have 4. She goes to seat us but there was a group of 3 waiting in front of us so I said "they were here first" hostess acknowledges and seats them, a group of 6 walks in behind us. Host seats us and the group of 6. Server immediately goes up and takes group of 6 order. I've been in the industry for a while (almost 20 years) and I just think, how about that group of 3 first (smaller group) or us (we have 2 kids) but no big deal the table of 6 can go first. 20 minutes later our server has said nothing to us yet, I notice the group of 3 has not been greeted either, and the group of 6 has no drinks yet. At about 30 minutes the server comes over to us (does not apologize at all) asks if she can take our drink order. We ask for 4 waters, she asks if we know what we want to eat. We order our appetizer ask if the kids food can come out at the same time then order our mains. 20 minutes later we still have no water. I notice the group of 3 walks out (NEVER EVEN GREETED) shortly after she walks up to us and says "I'll go get your water" again no apology or explanation. Water shows up a few minutes later, then our appetizer comes out she says "I told the kitchen to do the kids food at the same time but they didn't" and she walks away. First bite of our appetizer is cold. (probably sat in the window) a couple minutes later a different server brings our mains out (haven't had much time to put a dent in the cold appetizer) and our kids still have no food. Server 2 notices a bit of surprise on our faces and asks if we're missing anything. I say yes our kids never got their food, she leaves and brings our kids food back. Anyway we can finally eat after over an hour. Server never comes back, my wife just needs a refill, server never checks if the food is good, never asks if we want another drink, none of that stuff. When she does finally arrive she asks if we need anything, sure a refill and now some boxes. She disappears a little while longer than comes over and asks if we want anything else, we get the check, and leave. Our server never once apologized for anything, she never checked on us, she never explained any reasoning for being so inefficient and terrible at the job. My wife and I have spent thousands of dollars at BWW over the years, we used to spend every weekend there in our 20's. Since the pandemic we have only had 1 good experience every other one has been sub par, but this was the worst restaurant experience we've ever had. I don't know if we'll ever consider Buffalo Wild Wings again. No manager checking on tables, no one was visibly in charge even if we did want to do anything about it while we were there. My family and I love going out to eat, but BWW is not worth our money anymore.

Well… it’s a chain. A bit like McDonalds, you’ve been to one… you think you know what you’re going to get. Big Rapids? Not so much. Ordered a hamburger minus what the menu said (just pickle mustard and onion was my order and repeated twice). Came with menu built in toppings anyway. That was whatever. I just ate it w/o complaint. But when it came time to pay the bill, we asked for a discount for which we were entitled (military). The waitress told us that the manager was on break… so we would need to wait for that to be processed. Now, my husband is a business owner and I myself am the manager of a different business myself. The manager is on break so we are meant to wait 20 minutes for a bill for food that wasn’t even prepared according to order? Yeah… even accounting for today’s service standards, this is not acceptable. This is the last stop at BDUBS/ BR for us.

Love Buffalo Wild Wings or B-Dubs as my friends as I call it. Always a great atmosphere, especially for sports lovers. I've always loved their wings and food in general. Great place to go with friends.
We mostly had a great time here! Our server was rude, did not frequently visit our table, missed an entire order and did not seem to care about our party. The food at least was delicious, comparable to other BDubs we've eaten at, just wish the service was better at this location.
Update 2024: after many return visits from original review, they have more than made up for the one unsatisfactory visit! Great place to stop, and have only had the 1 negative experience here out of at least 10+ visits.

Walked in and waited for someone to help us get seated. Saw several servers hanging out in groups in a couple places but no one helped us. They would walk by, make eye contact and keep walking. The place had a lot of tables but didn’t witness much service happening. We decided to leave after not being helped and no acknowledgement or signs of help ever coming.
