We went in for the BOGO burgers for National Cheeseburger Day. Had to redeem the coupon on the app, which would have been fine, accept the app was not working. Had to pay full price for the burgers, they would not honor their own coupon even though it was their system that wasn't working for over an hour and others were also having difficulty. The server, Hannah, was short with us, and it took longer than normal for her to come take our order, then it took nearly 20 minutes...

Had a great time here of course all b dubs have amazing ambience’s with tons of TVs and amazing decorations. With this specific location there were tons of really cool Ferris state and local sports decorations alongside some other cool ones. The food was prepared to perfection and the service was efficient and quick. Plenty of parking

The barista and managers are excellent and work very hard to ensure great service. When some one doesn't have a answer they are great at finding some one that does and doing it quickly. Biggest plus is that I never had to ask for a refill and never interrupted in the middle of eating they were very attentive and do a amazing job. I been to many B-Dubs locations across Michigan and this one is by far the best in my opinion.
