Love this place! The food is outstanding, the staff is delightful, and the view!? It’s of the Muskegon River, but you can’t beat that patio on a warm spring day!!! The serve all the drinks and have a plethora of beer options. I highly recommend!

Fantastic food, well packaged, hot food separate from cold food, for delivery! Didn’t forget a thing! Food was all still a great temp after delivery, and it all tasted great and was fresh! Best chicken strip basket in town and Cobb salad also great! Love the ranch wish I’d ordered another side! Overall just good good good!! Thank you! A+Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is so good! And the packaging for to go orders is awesome! beats the heck out of a ‘happy meal’

We go to GN 1-2x/month.. Whether it’s drinks or dinner.. sometimes lunch.The service is fairly consistent. The food is good.. nice menu w/ a variety of items! I love the spinach artichoke dip and fish tacos!!Parking: Large parking area. Can sometimes be crowded in the summertime.

we were able to enjoy a long lunch with lots of conversation and the staff was more than accommodating and pleasant. food fine, too!

We stopped at Gypsy Nickel for lunch on Sunday afternoon with some friends. We ordered the Mr. Fabulous which is an olive burger and we were pleasantly surprised. Burger was juicy and tasted good. They split the burger for us on to separate plates which was nice. Friends had soup and fish tacos which they said were good too. There are booths and high top tables. Beers were warm, waiter was friendly, atmosphere could use a little freshening up.

I love the location, and the staff are friendly and upbeat, but last two times we went the one time we waited almost two hours to be seated let alone get service. Then went again, and were serviced well except my food wasn't cooked all the way, and my partners drink was missing the alcohol once and the mixer the order before that. The location is to die for though, right by the water you can go out on the deck enjoy your meal while listening to the rushing water and watching nature. I would be willing to give them one more chance to outshine everyother bar.

Its a bar. We did not go for food only drinks and it is your A typical after 9pm bar in a college town. Service was relatively quick for the amount of people there. karaoke was at times good and other time's not so good. Maybe tuen the volume down a touch next time somone trys belting out journey after a couple of morgan and cokes.
