Pizza is not good. Have been going there alot in beginning. Now different person working there and pizza has gone down hill. Will nor go back. The last pizza had big bubbled cheese on top. Howies bread had too much spices on it. Over well done. Don't plan on going back.

The staff was friendly and fast. The food was flavorful and filling, the cost was reasonable and the food worth the cost. Highly recommend the pepperoni, jalapeño, hot honey pizza and 3 cheese bread.
Parking: Wide open parking in front of the store.
Kid-friendliness: It’s not really a dine in place, more of a store front for easy pick up.

Just went in and got the Brookie, an Italian sub, reg pizza deluxe sub, and deep dish cheese bread. the deep dish cheese bread is completely burnt and just unappetizing, the fact they would let this go out is just not okay.

What a waste of money. We ordered two bowls (no crust) and pepperoni stuffed bread. The bowls ingredients didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowls and the sauce less was burned around the edges. We paid about $17 that was a total waste of money. When we called they were nice. Advised us what the weight of ingredients were used (I don’t care) my complaint was that it was a ridiculous price for what was received. I was then to call DoorDash for resolution. I didn’t even waste my time.

I go in there with my 6 year old daughter to get a free personal achievement pizza for her and her brother that I had a coupon for. The guy Austin, says alrigh your name and it be 15-20 mins. Alright cool we waiting but as we waiting after 3 lady's had placed their order I noticed 2 pizza boxes in their oven, I'm thinking their web orders. Another lady comes in for a web order gives her name the guy (Austin) looks right at the slip with the 2 boxes says no not ready yet, lady waits about 5 minutes then he comes out with her order. So I'm being patient thinking their busy and this guy seems overwhelmed and not with it that after 10 more minutes im standing up he then happens to ask me my name and sure enough after waiting extra 15 mins for nothing those 2 boxes were mine. Then he tries charging me when I clearly brought in the coupons so he takes the pizza and sits there trying to figure out the transaction. At this point I'm beyond frustrated like are you serious I had to wait and waste gas for NOTHING!! I asked him for the manager and said I was going to let them know what happened and how unprofessional and rude this service/,transaction was and he says I am the manager!! WHHHHAAATTT??! I could expect this from a worker but manager and this how you operate? Then I heard he needed like 8 pizzas in 20 minutes but couldn't let me know my 2 little personal 1 topping pizzas were done? I'm Extra mad because I had a time limit with my kids as they had to go to their moms, I didn't expect nor should it have taken soo long!!!I hope the manager Austin doesn't do this to anyone else. Super rude and unprofessional!!
