Refused service because I wanted to pay with cash. Cash is legal tender, and turning away paying customers over it is ridiculous. There was no warning posted before ordering, just a flat refusal. Cash is king. If you don’t want cash-paying customers, say it clearly or don’t be surprised when people take their business elsewhere. Won’t be back.

Ordered the Buffalo chicken cheese steak #44... so fresh and yummy, can't go wrong with Franks. Also ordered a #5 super sub, tried the hot chopped pepper relish for the first time and dang where has THIS been all my Jersey Mike's life. Never ordering without that again. But busy while I was there but service was great. Friendly and efficient. Rosemary parm bread is quite tasty too.

Went in on a Friday night at dinner time and they were out of bread. They stated no more for at least an hour. How, around 6pm on a Friday are you out of bread? Did you not know it was dinner time? No way were you that busy. We were given the last two mini breads, and they weren't fresh. While we ate the employees continued to inform patrons there was no bread, and it would be an hour. So thirty minutes later, still an hour for more bread. The manager on duty seriously misjudged and as a result they served scraps and turn away at least a dozen customers that I saw. What a disappointment. To bad, I usually love it here.

... and then there's the constant robo-questions and tip-generating small talk.
We get it. You'll accept tips. I would tip you to leave me alone if that was an option...which is why I get Doordash all the time.

Absolutely terrible service they allow people to cut in line and don’t validate the person standing. I will definitely not be going back and will definitely highly recommend not to go in. I don’t understand how an establishment would operate like this. I work the retail industry my customers matter who in and when they come in. No one is that entitled to be able to skip a line. Absolutely garbage behavior. I wish negative stars were a thing.

They asked what I wanted and I told them a #8 with everything on it not mikes way. I didn’t watch them make it because I ordered a club sub… I should get a club sub. They gave me a sub with minimum meat and nothing else on it. Disappointed and not coming back
