They asked what I wanted and I told them a #8 with everything on it not mikes way. I didn’t watch them make it because I ordered a club sub… I should get a club sub. They gave me a sub with minimum meat and nothing else on it. Disappointed and not coming back

The team of 3 worked so well together. All of them seemed so happy, very friendly. Destiny had a line of people and didn't even hesitate to welcome us with a big smile as soon as we walked in the door Great customer service here they were very busy and still interacted with all the customers. I couldn't get a good picture of the team because they were all over the place but never once seen them get into each other's way! Service was amazingly quick for the lunch rush. The food was excellent ?! D

Horrible service here by Hailey she argued with us after giving us the wrong sub and continued to say we don't control what's on our online menu but they will not serve you the Philly steak and chicken in the same sub, it's on your menu and continued to argue that we are wrong... this is my first time eating here and I will never come back... horrible service and ok food thanks for actually caring about the customer Hailey hope you lose your job cause your not very good at it

The place was clean and the food was decent (would agree with others that it was pretty soggy) The employee was nice but she skipped the best part of my order... The toppings... Which was very disappointing. She was very focused on telling everyone it was her day off. I did feel bad that she was working on her day off but would have been a lot happier had she got my order correct. Next time I would just go to Jimmy Johns but I would highly suggest watching how they are making your sandwich. I spent a good amount of money and it was pretty disappointing.

1st time here and the staff was absolutely amazing and the subs were delicious!
I stopped in there on my way downstate. I had no clue what I wanted and the young lady behind the counter was amazing to me. She explained the sizes and if I wanted it the jersey mikes way which sounded amazing they grill it meat down so I ordered #13 and I loved it. It was kinda messy to drive and eat but I managed just fine and I most certainly will be back next time!!?

Came in for my birthday today and my app wasn’t working for the rewards, they still gave me a free sub anyway!!The workers were so nice and made my experience so amazing! They also all told me happy birthday which was very sweet! 100% recommend!
