The chicken was dreadful. This will be my last time going to this location. It was slimy, soggy, and everything you’d never want fried chicken to be. Very disappointed. Waste of $100!

Literally purchased in drive through at 5:27pm still waiting at 5:58 absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. We will not ever return to this KFC.
3 times I've gotten food from there this week. The first time, I put a pick-up order and said no pickles and got pickles. The 2nd time was October 12th. The lady at the drive-through was so worried about their drive time she told us to pull a head and didn't hand us our drink. This time today, the 13th, I just went to get lunch through pick up and wanted cranberry starry. she handed me regular, so I said whatever and went on my mary way. Realized when I got back to work she didn't give me a straw for my drink. I get they need to be fast but not at the cost of messing up orders and forgetting the basics. At this point I'll go somewhere else for chicken meals.

They say open later, but they really aren’t. Went there around 9:50 because they’re open till 11. Tried ordering some shrimp but they told me that side was closed so then I said I just want chicken strips and they said “hold on” and then told me I cant have them because there’s none left… how are you gonna say your open but the only thing you have on site it chicken that’s been sitting for 4 hours?? Idk why I even try to order. Pro tip don’t go to this KFC after 8/9 pm

The manager was too busy. Had to run drive through, counter and running orders to cars. My drinks weren't given toe or my dessert. I had to ask and a cook gave me a dirty look. Won't be back!
Did a drive thru for a quick healthy snack of nuggets. Even though they are smaller than other places, they are not coated with batter, and they are real chicken! Very good....
