Floors and tables were dirty. Waited over 1/2 hour for a dinner. People were going back to check on their orders. Chicken was exceptionally greasy more than usual. Guess it will be awhile before we go back if ever.

I went to the drive thru. Seriously waited 5 minutes to order. The lady apologized. Ordered, got to the window. Mind you, I waited in line prob another 5ish minutes. The young man said did you order the famous bowl. No, I ordered chicken strips. He does something on the computer. I said is my order not there? No response. Then he says can I have your order again. At this point, I am frustrated. I politely said no and have a great day, I will do a review. He yelled out the window , have a great day Karen. Now, I am truly doing a review. Its SLOW and can't seem to find your order or get it right!

Had hard bits in my mac and cheese workers tell me that management hasn't ordered freaking spoons in over a month spent 3 min picking dried hard bits of Mac because the first bite almost broke my tooth
