Had hard bits in my mac and cheese workers tell me that management hasn't ordered freaking spoons in over a month spent 3 min picking dried hard bits of Mac because the first bite almost broke my tooth

I asked for light tarter sauce 4 times on both sandwiches. When I arrived home and opened them they had so much on them it was dripping off.

Will never go there past like 8pm anymore. Got 2 chicken littles and potatoes and a mtn dew, mtn dew had 0 carbonation, one of my sandwiches was rock hard i couldn't eat more than one bite of it, they filled my potatoes half way, they didn't put the pickles on my sandwiches, AND forgot to put Silverware in my bag. How do you mess up that many times on a 3 item order??

Would have been happier with McDonald's nuggets over the 5 pieces strips they gave me looked like they were the last in the bag u didn't want to use my biscuits tasted old an was hard my side were all wrong an i had no sauce an i couldn't go back an fix it i work so my wife picked it up an we live out of town

Ordered 8 nuggets. was asked to park in lot and wait a minute. so i pulled next to 5 other vehicles. After 10 mins, I go inside. I look at the teller who told me one min. and she reaches on counter grabs my bag hands it to me. must have been 8 customers inside and out w8n for their food. All with that hangry face. Got home no sauce. 8 nuggets people. 10 mins. sitting on counter. 8 others awaiting the same fate I am guessing. Glad i went in. The clerk did apologize, but bet corporate doesnt care.

The chicken was dreadful. This will be my last time going to this location. It was slimy, soggy, and everything you’d never want fried chicken to be. Very disappointed. Waste of $100!

Literally purchased in drive through at 5:27pm still waiting at 5:58 absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. We will not ever return to this KFC.
3 times I've gotten food from there this week. The first time, I put a pick-up order and said no pickles and got pickles. The 2nd time was October 12th. The lady at the drive-through was so worried about their drive time she told us to pull a head and didn't hand us our drink. This time today, the 13th, I just went to get lunch through pick up and wanted cranberry starry. she handed me regular, so I said whatever and went on my mary way. Realized when I got back to work she didn't give me a straw for my drink. I get they need to be fast but not at the cost of messing up orders and forgetting the basics. At this point I'll go somewhere else for chicken meals.
