Love this place! Great selection of local ice cream flavors, cozy vibe. Nice ambiance, clean place. We orders about 6 ice creams. Kids enjoy a lot too. Part from ice creams they have while Lot of candy’s which are specifically crafted with different combinations. Out of which one of our favorite one is Peanut butter chocolate.

Went there for a chocolate shake. Over priced $10 for a mediocre small shake, inconsiderate staff, don't waste your money or time. Culver's is 10x better at half the price without the snobby attitude.

I visited Kilwins a few days ago, and overall, everything was great. However, I was a bit thrown off by the way the staff member handled the chocolate without wearing gloves. Although she had something covering her hands to wrap the chocolate, food safety should always come first. It would be more reassuring to see gloves used during food handling. I hope this can be addressed moving forward.

Loved the attention to detail they gave me! I ordered 3 ice creams (1 for me and other 2 were for my mom and Grandma who were waiting in the car) in bowls and they offered to carry one out to the car for me. I politely declined because there were only 2 people working and didn't want to inconvenience them. They were kind enough to give me a little box to carry the ice cream! I've been here many times before and they have always been kind to me and my husband. We'll be returning soon!

okay. quality has declined noticeably in Big Rapids. Ice cream is still the same but the choclates if you take them home they are dry and crumbly and they have way too many college kids making stuff with no professional staff which may explain things. The owner Carleen is never there and makes her husband do all the work and he always looks tired.
