Best Kilwins I've ever been to. Warm, friendly and inviting, the staff is so kind to customers. I always look forward to coming in and getting a treat or ordering for special occasions. I know they're going to do it right!
Whenever we visit Big Rapids we love to come to this store. Over the years I've purchased souvenirs of BR like a nice BR throw, Xmas ornaments, greeting cards and of course the great candy and ice cream.
They have a wide variety of unique ice cream to choose from and lots of great treats including popcorn. Their fudge is made right in the store. My favorite all time take home is both the milk and dark chocolate sea foam . Which, I cant find them anywhere else anymore. They staff is very friendly and eager to help.
