Stopped in last night around 4:30pm and ordered two pepperoni hot and ready the women at the drive thru said they would be ready in 5 minutes I said no problem and pulled into the parking lot and waited..... 15-20 minutes goes by but i figured wow they must be really busy finally I went inside and asked... they had been sitting in the warming case The drive thru worker did not mention that I would have to come inside to pick up my pizzas.. I order through the drive thru if they weren't ready they should have brought them out to me that's why you go through the drive thru I explained to the front counter worker that I had waited 20 minutes and the drive thru employee should specify that I needed to come inside to pick up my pizza he did not care literally at all and did not apologize I just explained they need to communicate better with there customers i wasnt even that mad i honestly work in customer service and wanted to give them genuine feedback because unluke them i guess i actually give a shit about the cusromers i serve the guy at the front counter did not even have a sliver of customer service skills or cared I wouldn't be so upset but no apology when you messed up is crazy!!
