Very clean. The fish was actually good and the hush puppies are to die for. Okay, not actually die but you know, they're delicious. And the chicken was good. Customer service is so much better than the one in Mount Pleasant or in Clare. Thank you Big Rapids KFC/Long John Silvers.

How the hell can you guys run out of chicken I brought my family here by bus we have no car and get here and they tell us they have no chicken just fish and chicken nuggets that's totally wrong I think we should get something for all this

35 min wait for dine in and still didn’t get all of our food. They happily filled drive thru presets while we sat inside waiting.

Ordered two combos and was told to pull over and wait. No problem. 25 minutes later we got our food and it wasn’t even the right food and they forgot the condiments we asked for multiple times, it was even on the receipt. Went back to the drive thru and the cashier argued with us saying she packed the bag and it was right when it was clearly not the chicken I ordered, it was fish. None of this would’ve been much of an issue had the food actually been cooked, everything was undercooked and inedible. A complete waste of $20. I don’t usually leave reviews and have worked in service industry so I give grace but this was just ridiculous.

Unfortunately my fish batter still had raw spots and the hush puppies were so overcooked they just broke to pieces

I order L7 shrimp and and a crab cake and most of it is crumbs and I had to play the guessing game to what was the crab cake. Very unhappy with my meal will never go to long john silver again.i have pictures but can't post them and I pay 11.75 for it.
