I order L7 shrimp and and a crab cake and most of it is crumbs and I had to play the guessing game to what was the crab cake. Very unhappy with my meal will never go to long john silver again.i have pictures but can't post them and I pay 11.75 for it.

I like Long John Silver's. I enjoy hush puppies loaded with malt vinegar. Not for everyone but something that I have done for years. This is one of the best locations a round.

We don't have a local Long John Silver's in our hometown. We were up north at our property on the 4th of July and decided we didn't want to cook due to my hand being injured. So, we decided to eat out something fast, and somewhere we haven't been in a while. This was the place! We used the drive-thru. The lady at the window was extremely nice. She was also the one who brought out our food to my truck. She didn't miss a beat. The food was good and as I mentioned the service was also good.
We will be back!

Worst fast food experience in my life. Poorly managed store. Could not order outside as the card reader wasn't working. Okay fine. Went inside. Finally after 5 minutes an employee asked if I had ordered yet. Ordered the fish sandwich. Was told they didn't have any. It was 4:00 pm. I walked out to never return. This place should be avoided at all cost.

Picked my BF up at the airport in Grand Rapids. Heâd been craving Long John Silvers for weeks so we stopped in Big Rapids. We placed our order at 11:22 for a 2 piece chicken dinner and a fish & shell combo platter. We were told the hush puppies would take about 10 minutes. No problem we told them. 20 minutes later I went to check on our order and it still wasnât available. After standing there it was finally available at 11:48. 26 minutes AFTER we placed our order. This is âfast foodâ ?? The fish was dry, tough and tasteless and the hush puppies were not cooked all the way thru. Talk about disappointed !! The restaurant was not busy and everyoneâs orders were taking forever. I would definitely not recommend eating here.

I've never in my life not liked the fish. It was not crispy but we had waited for fresh fish. Almost like it was second dipped. They were courteous but was not impressed. Neither I nor my friend ate our food. I don't know if I'll be coming back. If I do, it'll be awhile
