The guy at the window, didn’t listen at all then blamed the mic and then couldn’t follow what I was saying even though I was saying it plenty loud enough. Then I pulled up to the window and the guy was mad at me and was very blunt. Then I pull up and they said they were waiting for my fries to be done and I pulled up (which I wasn’t mad about). Got home and saw that they still only half filled my fries and they still look old (photos attached). I’m not one to write reviews but every time I go here it seems like they don’t know how to fill my fries. It sucks seeing this much money go to waste every time I stop here for half assed food.

My drinks here are never full, I ask for cook to order on my nuggets and they are old and I can tell. I used to work at McDonald’s under a year ago, disappointed in this establishment, I would never serve customers and my McDonald’s the way they serve us here.

Great place but went there for monopoly pieces and as advertised I got a large coke and a 10 pc nugget with a larger fry but what they didn’t say was that they ran out of all of the pieces so now it is only on the 10pc nugget pretty disappointing.

The last 3 visits, I ordered food online. First time had 2 missing sausage Mcmuffins on my order. Didn't discover till I got home. Second time, they forgot 2 hashbrowns. The third time, said my order was ready then I sat and waited 15min to recieve. Then had to go in and wait 5min to get one of the double burgers they forgot.
Very slow service had the same order two different days and both days had to go and wait over 15 mins for food talk about a waste of gas and of time and money I recommend never going here go to Mount pleasant they are better

The capability of completing a successful order is just not possible for this location. It seems everytime I get food here , atleast one thing is messed up. I just went through the drive thru and not only waited 5-10 minutes for cold food, even though they said they were waiting on fries, none of the fries were completely filled. As well as , we got 2 double quarter pounders, which as you know the box quit literally says double quarter pounders, and they were both single quarter pounders. At this point it should’ve been half off considering that’s what I got.

I usually have better luck in the drive thru. Food is right most of the time, but especially on the weekends the inside wait can get pretty long for your food and the last time I took my kids inside to eat they skipped over our food so we waited over 20 minutes to finally have to bring them out receipt so they could remake our food, my toddlers had grown crabby and impatient and we had 3 flies flying around us while we were trying to eat our meal. I notice there seems to always be flies when I do come inside to get food or eat. Definitely recommend drive through if you want a quick meal.
