I just went there and had my burger.The whole bun smushed into a ball Have not had good experiences with this pladefinitely. Goes somewhere else and bigger Rapids.

I ordered the deluxe quarter pounder meal, but I added bacon and mayo. I got a bacon and cheese quarter pounder instead with burnt bacon. I was extremely upset. The fries were over cooked and the car that came after me to the other window had their order taken first

4/24/25. NEVER, EVER, pull your cashier away from the Register, EVER! Customer service is the #1 priority, ALWAYS! ........Waiting for a cashier over 4 min, much less one minute is UNSAT! The cashier is missing A LOT when I go into the SLOW FOOD PLACE! Ive managed a restaurant and believe me, YOUR employees are NOT trained the correct way. It's not the employees fault for HORRENDOUS service. It is an internal staffing & training issue. There are NO excuses for lackluster service.

Can somebody that is important at this franchise McDonald's do something about your night crew is it normal every night for cars to wait up to 15-20 minutes per car it's no wonder you're lines are out to the road I'm being nice when I say 20 minutes The wait times are 30 plus minutes you might as well be a sit-down restaurant

I am a hungry 3rd shift worker. I walked in at 11 with the doors opened. I wanted to utilize the McDonalds app at the order screen but I had left my phone in my work truck. I was quickly followed behind a worker with a key. I mentioned that I was going to quickly grab my phone to use the app. She proceeded to lock the door and says “we close our lobby at 11”. It’s frustrating because my truck can not go through the drive through and I was locked out of my chance of having dinner for this shift. Please do better.

Absolutely abysmal service everytine I've ever gone here it takes forever to get through the drive thru even if there are only a few cars say here for 20 minutes before I even got to the order stage and there was only 3 cars ahead of me and not once have they gotten my order right first time thru and I even order ahead with the app!! Go anywhere else if your looking for actual fast food unless you have a half hour to kill atleast

The food is almost always hot and made correctly. Unfortunately, I frequently end up pulling forward and waiting a while for someone to bring out my order. They never seem to have two cheeseburgers ready to go. Overall good service and food, even with a bit of a wait-time.
