There are only a few things I can have on my diet but they always accommodate me. Their restrooms are really clean and if not they remedy it right away. The service is always polite and apologies if the wait is overly long!

It’s 3:00 AM, I just picked up my baby mama from the hospital with the kids, and we decide to swing through the McDonald’s drive-thru for a quick bite. Easy, right? Wrong.
We pull up, and the manager—who, you’d think, should know his stuff—starts rushing me like I’m holding up a line of a hundred cars (spoiler: I wasn’t). I’m trying to use the app to place an order, and instead of helping or even pretending to know how the app works, he’s absolutely clueless. Not just "it’s late, and I’m tired" clueless, but "shouldn’t you know this if you’re the manager?" clueless.
Here’s the kicker: the parking lot was a ghost town. Like, tumbleweeds-rolling-through kind of empty. There wasn’t another car in sight, and yet this dude was rushing me like I was causing some kind of Big Mac traffic jam. My kids are cranky, my baby mama’s exhausted, and I’m just sitting there thinking, “Dude, chill. You’re not defusing a burger crisis.”
At 3:00 AM, all I wanted was some nuggets and a smooth transaction. What I got was fries, frustration, and a front-row seat to the Twilight Zone of customer service.
McDonald’s Big Rapids, y’all need to step it up. Midnight snackers deserve better, especially when there’s no one else in line but the ghosts.

We waited in line for over a half hour. Every night usually when it turns past 9 they take one cars order at a time and then say they can't take anything but cash after waiting that long. I don't recommend to go here at night

First we had plans on going to a sit-down restaurant for my sons 4th birthday lunch however he wanted to go to McDonald's and so we went. first I went to the front counter where there was a wave of people in the lobby so I decided to order from the kiosk after I finished ordering there was no table markers at the kiosk so I had to get one from the counter myself than I was not givin a receipt and was told I couldn't get one than we waited about 30 minutes for our food and I watched as my sons food was sitting on the counter for 7 minutes before other food was added when we finally got our food our frys were cold to touch the chicken big mac had brown chicken patties from old chicken I took 1 bite and threw the sandwich away the fish sandwich my fiance got was old and disgusting she only ate 2 bites of her sandwich than my 4 year old spilled his drink a little on his pants and guess what we were not given napkins no problem we are dining inside I'll go grab some but to my surprise no condiment cart or pop despenser in lobby and a 10 minute wait to get anyone to help so here I am with a wet and upset birthday boy as my fiancé is waiting for napkins absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with McDonald's

Service is hit or miss, but the food has always been cold for me, almost as if it's just been sitting out. Especially with the buns, they are sometimes stiff like they just pile them up for later. My quarter pounder was also very dry, as if the patty had been sitting out, despite the fact that they are claimed to be made fresh. I feel like this McDonald's just doesn't hire the best employees, are management is not fighting hard enough to make changes.
