Consistent lack of order accuracy, specifically Kids Meals. Door dash kids meals have been inaccurate the last 4/5 orders. Sporadic inaccuracies via drive thru.The real aggravating factor is the inaction by the franchise to make up for the error. No apologies, no compensation at all. Customers waste 30 minutes of their day driving back to get the correct order with their children and we get “where’s the receipt? Ok pull ahead, and there you go”Do better!

Got a burger and clearly stated no for a few toppings.. when I got it they had only put those toppings on there.. didn’t add the sauce that already comes on the burger as well. It was sloppy made.. put in the box upside down ?!? not the best

Extremely long wait times on the simplest of orders. 20-30 minute wait on a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin and a hashbrown. I understand being busy, and possibly out of one ingredient, but none of that takes an extreme amount of time/effort to cook. Overall food quality is what you'd expect from Fast Food, yet it's no longer fast. Try not waiting till all 5 "pull off and wait" orders are done to bring them all out at once, if I was told that it'd extend my wait time by 10 minutes I don't think I'd leave the window and next time, yes I do mind.

We went to Mcdonald’s on Friday March 16th to utilize our mobile app deal “Buy any sized shake get one free”. We got to the window and ordered two shamrock shakes, which apparently don’t apply to the deal, but my card was on file due to the mobile app and was charged. When we got to the window, we expressed the mistake to the first team member, but she could not explain why we got charged for both and replied “Well at least you didn’t have to get out your card” and gestured for us to take the receipt. We then asked for the manager. He came back and explained that the deal didn’t apply for shamrock shakes, so we asked if we could change it to a different flavor to utilize the deal. He replied “no, you paid via the mobile app and there is no way to give you a refund” although I know that is not true. He then proceeded to slam the door in our face while we tried to politely explain our case. We reluctantly went to the next window, where we asked if we could have the managers name. She stumbled over her words for a moment and then replied “No sorry I’m new” and shut the window in our face again. I’m not one to leave a review like this, but oh my, in what world is customer service like that?

Kiosks never work for payment, fruit flies or something flying all around the drink dispensers. Ketchup always empty. Had four people look at me and walk away when I had to go to the counter for a meal ordered on the kiosk and the card machine would not work. Poor service and disgusting tables.Parking: Only limited parking for dine in all parking is reserved for online orders and other options.
