I really like this branch. Service is quick and friendly. Food is fresh and delicious. Appreciation to the staff and chefs there to handle the crowds and to go orders. I will definitely keep coming back. Picture - medi chicken greens and grains.

We were traveling home to Indiana. Sunday evening it was a busy. Maybe short staffed that night. What i noticed manager working with staff. Calm and supportive working with them to fill orders for dining room and drive through. I really liked speaking with the young lady at the register. Helpful and kind! My experience at your store was much like the morning staff at the Panera in Valparaiso Indiana.

Waited for over 15 minutes in line!! If someone has that large of an order, they should make them pull forward or come inside. One person behind me even got out and went to the window to see what was going on. Extremely disappointed with this level of service.

Ordered Togo and The amount of soup you get for your bread bowl is honestly pathetic. They say it’s the same amount and I just simply believe it’s a rip off of that is the case. They said it depends on how much bread you pull outta the bowl well as you can see in my picture I pulled their chunk they cut out and then a little more from the sides and this is the amount I’m left with in my bowl. It didn’t even come close to half the bread bowl and I got the Rustic Potato soup and it literally had 5 potatoes in it. The price for what you get is FAR OFF will not be back. Spent 53$ for VERY LITTLE FOOD! Do better Panera!

$70 for two salads, two sandwiches, fruit cup, and two coffees. The staff were nice, but obviously not properly trained in food safety or quality control. We pulled a long blonde hair out of the middle of the salad. The bacon turkey bravo had the saddest, most pathetic, little scrap of bacon I’ve ever seen. The fruit cup was obviously not fresh, based on the mushy strawberries and the pineapple was not ripe, we actually thought they were pieces of apple at first. Panera has really gone downhill. The quality is a joke for the prices. We tried to be healthy, but perhaps Panera’s new goal is to serve nasty food that you can’t eat it - I guess that’s a way to cut calories. Such a waste!

Good food. Should not ask on the cc machine for a tip. I only tip when being waited on and not self-service.

Food is okay but ridiculously overpriced. Chai tea latte was good but mango smoothy is just okay.
