I came in to pick up a sip club order and realized that I had accidentally set it to drive though instead of in store. I went to the window where I’d normally pick up my cup and let the lady there who I gathered is named Alex and told her the situation and that I was very sorry about the mix up and asked if I could get my cup. She didn’t respond and walked away and proceeded to say to another person that “some people are so dumb” then walked back and handed me my cup with no response. As a frequent customer that comes in nearly daily I am incredibly disappointed by how rude she was.

this Panera bread is just ridiculous. the managers do not care about their jobs or their employees. this morning I walked in to get my sips club like I normally do. there was no one at the front counter. there was a guy who'd been standing there waiting to order for over 5 minutes. he finally gave up and went to the self-order pad and I had to ask the manager if anybody was working front register and then the manager Alex thought it was appropriate to go talk s*** as she was walking away. so if you want confrontation instead of good food, this is the place to go. the owners clearly do not care about their employees and how they drag their business down

I had the strawberry banana smoothie and it was awesome! I asl ordered the chicken bacon ranch sub with the ranch on the side but unfortunately a team member forgot the ranch, which is okay because it happens. But my pick up order was made on time along with speedy service

The manager Kelsey is very rude and does not handle customer service the correct way and should not be management at an outstanding company like Panera bread. The employees that work under her are just as rude! Other times I find the employees to be fast and courteous. I hope this location fixes there staffing issues so my family friends and self can return.
We were just at this Panera Bread at 6:30 pm on a Friday evening. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I ordered the Italian Steak & Mozzarella Sandwich. This was very good. I was first given the wrong soup. When I got the chicken and rice soup, it was barely warm and just was gross . . . Had a weird slimy texture. I also got their new strawberry basil lemonade. With just strawberries and basil floating on top, the lemonade had no unique taste. Overall my nearly $20 meal was quite disappointing.

Typical Panera bread location. Staff was friendly and helpful without question. Food was exactly as expected. Would highly recommend their specialty salad for the summer or a bread bowl with their delicious cheddar and broccoli soup.
