Can't really comment on service or atmosphere because I ordered through doordash, but I will not be making that mistake again and will never go in to this Panera location just because of the food I received. My asiago bagel tasted like someone just did its hair in Aquanet hairspray. This is a bagel my dude, not a Miss America pageant. I should not be feeling like I'm sitting behind an old lady in church when I try to bite into my bagel.

They were busy both inside and out. Now I know grub hub and Google go or Amazon travel.. whatever they are there for same reason but don't bump my order for it.. the food was !!amazing!! As always. The service however, could have been more serviced...if the food wasn't amazing your shop would be in bad shape.

Usually I enjoy this place, but today after work I ordered a French dip and when I got home I opened my bag and there was maybe 1/4th a cup of French onion soup. If you were low on it you could have told me and I would have ordered something else. Unreal.

I came in to pick up a sip club order and realized that I had accidentally set it to drive though instead of in store. I went to the window where I’d normally pick up my cup and let the lady there who I gathered is named Alex and told her the situation and that I was very sorry about the mix up and asked if I could get my cup. She didn’t respond and walked away and proceeded to say to another person that “some people are so dumb” then walked back and handed me my cup with no response. As a frequent customer that comes in nearly daily I am incredibly disappointed by how rude she was.

this Panera bread is just ridiculous. the managers do not care about their jobs or their employees. this morning I walked in to get my sips club like I normally do. there was no one at the front counter. there was a guy who'd been standing there waiting to order for over 5 minutes. he finally gave up and went to the self-order pad and I had to ask the manager if anybody was working front register and then the manager Alex thought it was appropriate to go talk s*** as she was walking away. so if you want confrontation instead of good food, this is the place to go. the owners clearly do not care about their employees and how they drag their business down

This is one of the only Paneras I will go to anymore. It is clean and the food is well prepared. Wish more Paneras cared as much as this one does.

I had the strawberry banana smoothie and it was awesome! I asl ordered the chicken bacon ranch sub with the ranch on the side but unfortunately a team member forgot the ranch, which is okay because it happens. But my pick up order was made on time along with speedy service
Panera has some good food and coffee! Right across the street from Ferris State University too!
