Love the new Tavern Style pizzas! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The fact that it still looks like the Pizza Hut from my younger days without looking worn and dated gets 5* for atmosphere!
SLOWEST pizza place in this town. If there's more than 2 people here, the workload will literally melt the brains of the employees.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! Go to Cadillac Pizza Hut where you will get plates, silverware and even a waitress / waiter This place was like a high school cafeteria
Something is terribly wrong with the Pizza Hut and Big Rapids Michigan we got served our meal in boxes at the table this is an excuse for silverware no silverware nothing no table service nothing what the heck is going on

The table we sat down at was sticky and dirty. We had to ask to have it cleaned. Our server didn't bring enough plates for us. They DO NOT provide water. After asking the staff, they have cups, but stated they don't have any water. Isn't this standard for any restaurant by law? Overall, this restaurant lacks customer service. Would not recommend.

I was surprised they didn’t ask us to prepare and cook our own pizza and even more surprised they didn’t require us to do are own dishes and vacuum the restaurant. It sounded more like a high school study hall than employees trying to look like they know how to be employed. Not at all what we were looking for. This is the only place I have ever visited that would benefit from a drive thru but then I would expect to get a bag of dough maybe some instructions and a bag of frozen ingredients. 6/12. No word from management or owner guess this kind of service is standard operating procedures ? Just saw an employee review low pay short staff stressed. This is the owner and management being very unaware of how to effectively manage and own a business. Be ware we can never be 100% sure of exactly what ingredients are being served. Besides beyond meat this Pizza Hut may be serving beyond pizza.

The woman that rang us up was super nice, the other guy that was cutting the pizzas and what not was rude as hell. I came back up the the counter to get my breadstix cut (they weren't cut) and he completely ignored me 2 time then when he finally came over to "help" he copped an attitude and asked if we really expected him to cut our breadsticks. And then when we said excuse me uh yeah he snatched them and still only cut half of them. What a joke.
