The food was the best part. We have a Q by us that always has dry, undercooked rice and gives tiny portions.. But this place had fluffy, perfect rice - yay! Portions were as expected. All the food was fresh and yummy. The people working seemed tired and a little antisocial, absolutely no energy. It was empty at 6:30pm, which seemed weird. But they must have been slammed earlier because the tables were a huge mess. We ate in our car. But if I had to rate a restaurant - having fresh, yummy food in expected portion sizes would be my top desire… so I think these guys have their priorities right. No one is perfect all the time.

My bf and I usually love this location. We went in around 1:20pm today and were not impressed. The girl that did the hot side didn't listen to our requests - I asked for lite beans, she gave me a full serving and did the same thing to my boyfriend. She also picked up food off the table and put it in my burrito 🤢 that is a really good way to get someone sick. My boyfriend asked for spicy queso and she gave him regular. she seemed to hate her job & not care about guest experience. The other two people were nic but the cold side girl didn't mix the burritos very well. They were layered.

It's really hit or miss when visiting this QDOBA. Sometimes the portions are too small, and other times the staff seem like they’re not having the best day. A little improvement in customer interaction would go a long way. Also, I recently received a kids' meal that had half of a whole pepper in it. I understand the peppers come pre-cut, but please be more careful—serving large pepper pieces in a kid's meal isn’t safe. Thank you.
