We walked into the Ruby Tuesday in Big Rapids last night for dinner. We told the hostess there were 4 of us for dinner. She said she had to go ask and dissappeared?? When she came back she said she could only put us in a booth. The restaurant was half empty. When she brought us over to the small booth, she told us that the waitresses were in the back crying because the just had a rush of people come in. Are you kidding? We looked around and did not see a single waitress on the floor. Young people do not want to work today. How about you hustle and make more money instead of crying about it. Will never go back to this location..wouldn't want to make anyone cry.

This is a nice, clean, and modern looking restaurant, but it's nothing fancy. The waiter was pleasant and attentive, but it wasn't 5 star service. Most importantly, the food was definitely good, but not great. Sadly, everything has gotten more expensive as well.

Came in for a late dinner after a mini road trip. The food was good, I enjoyed making a huge salad at the salad bar.
I got the pork chop for dinner and felt like it was undercooked, but that was my opinion. No real complaints.

Great food I had the shrimp and catfish plate is was hot and delicious. The service was excellent very fast, nice waitress, came back to check on us frequently. The cookie sundae was 1st rate.

After an exhausting 3-hour trip to pick up our granddaughter from Ferris State University for Winter Break, we stopped to have a bite to eat before we hit the road again. Our waitress Isabella was a breath of fresh air with her pleasant customer service!!! She is a total asset for this restaurant!
Just stopped in for a date night with the girlfriend. Left very irritated. Ordered the French onion burger which was delicious. However when we received our food my portion of fries was small, as soon as I took a bite of my fries I could tell they had been sitting around for a while. They were lukewarm at best. I flagged the waiter down immediately to tell him about this. All he had to say was if I wanted another side. At that point half our entrees were gone and there was no point in waiting. Not any talk of comping any amount off he just said thanks and walked away. Took 15 minutes to receive the bill. Then another 10 for him to walk over and ring us out. Overall I was left pissed off and irritated with the food and overall lack of service. For 30$ I could have had much better food and faster service. Not impressed.
