Schuberg's Bar & Grill

A friend of mine went to school at Ferris and he recommended Schuberg’s Bar and their burgers. I was at Canadian Lakes so I made the trip into Big Rapids. Schuberg’s is a bar downtown. They have an huge list of burger options. I got the bacon cheddar burger and tots. It was all excellent. I will be back.

Burger was exceptional; probably best I’ve ever had. I had the original burger plus lettuce and tomato and I had it without cheese. The flavor of the burger patty itself was phenomenal. I am a good judge because I have it without cheese, so the beef taste is more important. Service was great and I also liked the beer selection. Sweet potato fries could’ve been cooked longer. I put them in the air fryer later and they were great. Awesome place!

Solid burger joint! Lots of beer options and consistent food quality. I've been coming to this place for years. It's a classic homey small town restaurant. The staff is always friendly. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for a quick lunch and grabbed some delicious burgers. Had the chili cheese fries to start off, which were pretty good also. Mixed drink was a little light on the pour.

Was nice when I walked in at 4:10pm after work for a beer. Apparently walking in and sitting down at the bar wasn't enough of a signal for Any of the 5 servers I saw, to ask me what I wanted. I waited 5 minutes for service. I went to the Blue Cow and got me a Miller Lite. That's too bad, because I heard they had good food.

Headed to Big Rapids - thought we we catch some fall color - not - but certainly caught a good time at Schuberg's, based on the recommendation of a good friend. Burgers were great. Got the Original with all the fixins' - My wife got the Baby Schus. Great stuff. Best - best sweet potato fries I have ever had - crisp and tasty. Cheap beer and prices. Going to go back!
