First time here and won't go back. Ordered a caramel iced coffee paid and did not receive it I got a cold brew iced coffee. Dumped it and asked why it wasn't the one advertised. Oh that's a caramelisous iced coffee!!! What ever paid for it again! After 13$ for coffees, the Carmel one tasted so bad I could not drink it. $13 and didn't even end up with a drink. I will never go back!

They got my drink wrong and didn’t put espresso in it.. I hate to write a bad review but I asked for the peanut butter crunch and got a cinnamon drink. How do you even mix those up it sounds NOTHING alike. I’m not letting this minor inconvenience ruin my Friday but it’s SUPER annoying.

Wish after $30in food and drinks... nothing was edible.. i assume sucralose in their protein powder... food was McDonald's or gas station quality... carmel latte tasted like gas station coffee topped with burnt sugar. Literally threw everything away... good thing they didnt have 2 things i tried to order. Great 1st experience. Customer servicd couldnt have cared less

I feel so cheated, I usually get an iced matcha with no ice. I've gotten this from multiple other coffee spots, I come here order the same thing an my matcha is halfway full. They say it's because of the recipe but i don't know, I feel disrespected as a costumer for having to pay almost $7 for a halfway full coffee just because I don't like it when the ice melts an waters the taste down. Very unprofessional, greedy, and inconsidetate, I do NOT recommend coming here.
