Whose stupid idea was it to have a Starbucks, a nationally recognized chain in the location that's closed on the weekends? This is literally the only location between the city of Rockford and Cadillac, I can't even imagine the money that this must be losing. Somebody that lives in the local area needs to open a Starbucks that has nothing to do with Ferris University, Biggby must be raking in fat cash! ?

The staff is always messing/goofing around every time I go, which makes getting drinks take much longer. I asked the register girl what the difference between drinks were and she seemed quite irritated that I asked and she made me feel stupid for asking.

Starbucks is ridiculous for only putting this tiny useless Starbucks in a COLLEGE TOWN this size. I'd buy a Starbucks myself and put it in a strip mall...except Starbucks also doesn't sell franchises. Genius.

I come to this Starbucks occasionally to work when I come through town because I work remotely / travel for work and I prefer Starbucks coffee over other spots in Big Rapids + the wifi is better. However, the last three times I have come into this location (granted - it is on a college campus and it is summer) the staff are all sitting in the cafe area - often swearing, watching videos, ect, and they always seem annoyed when a customer comes in, and the last two times I've visited I have been rushed to make my order while I am reading the menu / looking at food options. additionally, they don't event set down their phones or HANG UP THEIR PHONES when a customer walks up! The last two visits I just ignored it because it's summer and I understand they are slow so I went and sat in the student commons area but today is the last straw for me. I had some video conference calls so I chose to sit in the more closed off cafe part which was a huge mistake - one of the staff was so rude, kept side eyeing me for sitting in the cafe area, and talked on her phone for nearly 2 hours on speaker - again she did not hangup the phone while making peoples drinks!! As someone who used to work as a Starbucks barista it leaves me a little concerned for how they are maintaining the store as well. This is such an unprofessionally run establishment and I felt very unwelcome here and I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

Drove all the way over here to get coffee, just to find out that it was closed. The operating hours are wrong on Google Maps and it is not even a stand-alone Starbucks store. This listing information is totally incorrect. It is a sandwich shop, NOT a Starbucks
