Door dash food from this restaurant well let’s first start out as they never put toppings on 1 of the subs for got black olives on the pizza the other subs bread was hard as a rock if all possible just stay away from this subway

Every single time I’ve gone here my Order has been wrong. I wanted my sub toasted and their toaster was down, but I ordered online. You would think I would receive an email or text message to tell me that their toaster is down because I had put in the notes that I wanted my sub double toasted. And I know this seems petty, but they mess up my sandwich every single time i’ve came here. Don’t go here.

If I could give this subway a 0 star I would me and my family usually eat here but they hired younger girls who can’t work. I tried something new and the the boss last night. The sub was still cold. And then there was my fiancé sub that had A PIECE OF DARK HAIR in it she didn’t eat it. The girls were screaming in the back and complaining they had to close at 9:30. No to mention there was a homeless person there that charged her phone and the girls let her in the back to be on it.i was not pleased I will be going to Jimmy John’s for now on

I go to this subway because it’s near my house, but it definitely has the worst service in Big Rapids. The employees there act like they hate their job and the customers that come in. I’ve been there three times and every time have been treated rudely by the staff when I consider myself to be a very polite customer. I never get a greeting when I walk in just blank stares that say “go away.” While they make my sandwich they gossip and complain about other customers then look at me like i’m the biggest inconvenience in the world. Staff definitely needs to learn customer service.
