The health inspector should actually be called on this subway. I went there right when they opened and everything was filthy. Everyone just needs to stop going here so a new owner can take over.

I am super annoyed by this store and subway itself. I ordered from here last week got my order home and both of my subs smelled so awful and sour. When I took a bite the chicken was so mushy I almost threw up. I have been trying to get in contact with this store also I have went on the app and filed a complaint and someone said to wait for an email with a resolution. I got an email but it said how satisfied are you with the resolution. There was no resolution. I didnt get refunded nor did I get a sorry or anything from subway at all. I order from subway all the time and love it. But this store specifically i will never order from again. Its so sad now a days you can't even call and talk to a manager and you have to go through the online crap and bots and no human at all. Its ridiculous. ALSO TO ADD TO THIS THEY GOT MY ODER COMPLETELY WRONG.

Used to be the best subway in town but there was a change in ownership and all employees. Now the Sandwhiches are sad, half filled but still the same price.

Pulled up at 9:48 to order a sandwich and the door was already locked and the worker would not serve us. Then proceeded to come to the door unlock it and tell us no with a hand signal. Probably shouldn’t have your hours until 10 if you’re not gonna work up til 10:) maybe turn the open signs off if you don’t want business!

This is despicable. Mind you yes it is fast food. We really shouldn’t complain due to it being fast food. However, this is not the first time this store has messed up my order. There is zero mayonnaise on here. They added turkey on my sandwich. What if I was allergic to turkey and that’s why I didn’t get it. How ignorant do you have to be to not know how to make a sandwich. They made the sandwich all wrong. It also was not closed. The bag arrived and was completely open. mind you I got DoorDash, correct I do not have a vehicle right now and due to my autoimmune disorder it’s hard for me to walk outside in the heat. So I don’t even know if the DoorDasher touched my food or did something to my food since it was completely opened. How hard is it to make a sandwich wrap up a sandwich and close the bag with a sticker, it’s not hard it’s not rocket science this is completely dumb founding. You guys need to get yourself together or do better training or have someone who knows what they’re doing work for you guys. It’s not hard do better.

Since the new owners took over this place is garbage. They mess up the order every time and then when u want it fixed they try to tell you it was your fault you ordered something wrong. Luckily I use the mobile app to place the order an can show them they were wrong but they are still incredibly rude the whole time. I would advise everyone to just go to the subway in Walmart
What one earth happened to this subway? I'm not one to write bad reviews and give some leeway to people cause I have worked in customer service my entire life. I get the same sub every time. Turkey with roast beef on a foot long.
Tell me how the subway 2 miles away is half the price I spent? 17 dollars for a mediocre sub?! I can go to potbellys for a better sub for 12 dollars.

Ordered a takeout for a cheesesteaks sandwich. There was little to no meat basically just the bread. Embarrassing, I have seen this happen a multiple time. Scamming customers with the amount of food they give you. Don’t open if you are not even willing to give what customers have paid for. Disgusting behavior

They choose and pick what you can get they don’t follow the menu for subway especially kids meals
They no longer take subway coupons, they only toast your sub for like 10 seconds and they put very little veggies on your sub. You definitely don't get what you pay for.

Ordered a club and the cheese slice was thicker than all the meat combined. It was basically just bread with toppings minus the meat. If I could rate this a 0 I would....
As you can see on the receipt I asked for extra lettuce and chipotle sauce (among other things) and got only a pinch of lettuce at most and barely any sauce. I was lucky I had my own lettuce at home to add to the sandwich, can’t say the same for the Baja chipotle though. This has been a reoccurring issue and for the first time I finally called the store because this is getting ridiculous. After calling they told me “my employee said they put the extra lettuce and everything on”. After pressing my case at least 4 times they finally gave me my money back. I will not be ordering from here again to get jipped out of toppings I am paying for.
