If I could give this subway a 0 star I would me and my family usually eat here but they hired younger girls who can’t work. I tried something new and the the boss last night. The sub was still cold. And then there was my fiancé sub that had A PIECE OF DARK HAIR in it she didn’t eat it. The girls were screaming in the back and complaining they had to close at 9:30. No to mention there was a homeless person there that charged her phone and the girls let her in the back to be on it.i was not pleased I will be going to Jimmy John’s for now on

I go to this subway because it’s near my house, but it definitely has the worst service in Big Rapids. The employees there act like they hate their job and the customers that come in. I’ve been there three times and every time have been treated rudely by the staff when I consider myself to be a very polite customer. I never get a greeting when I walk in just blank stares that say “go away.” While they make my sandwich they gossip and complain about other customers then look at me like i’m the biggest inconvenience in the world. Staff definitely needs to learn customer service.

I've always liked Subway sandwiches. The new types of subs offered are pretty good tasting but definitely more costly. Like all businesses, inflation has caused a 6" to be approximately the same cost as a 12" used to be. I liked some of the sandwiches that were removed from the menu, but many times you can still order them.Parking: The parking lot is in rough condition and the sidewalk step up is a little higher than normal.

I gave a 4 star because of the young lady who was nice and did the sandwiches nice,but the girl boy was walking around with an attitude while the other girl was doing all the work and that's why businesses go down. If you don't like your job go somewhere else,but I bet you were friendly when you got the job though. After the nice young lady leaves in 2 weeks they need to shut that place down

We place an online order inside the the store. We had the bogo deal, the employees where VERY rude. They messed up our order, the phone is not connected, and now we are on our way to HOPEFULLY try to get our order fixed or replaced.

Waited 15-20 minutes to have a employee come out from the back just to place an order. They we're nonstop complaining about boyfriend problem when they came out. My sub was super soggy, they always make their sandwiches soggy. My friend's food was smushed and wrapped poorly. They did a better job about complaining about their boys than they can make food.
