If I could do a lower rating I would. I went in at 145am and it took over an hour for my food. They only care about drive thru orders. Staff was very rude when customers asked when their order was going to be ready. Very when I received my order it was made poorly by the staff. Very unprofessional

GAVE MY ORDER TO THE WRONG PEOPLE. ORDERED A SUPREME AND THAT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE IT, AND WAITED OVER 20 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD. NEVER HAVE I DEALT WITH THIS AND NEVER WILL I DEAL WITH IT AGAIN NO MORE TACO BELLS WILL EVER GET MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN IN A MILLION YEARS.

Hair found in my beefy 5 layer Burrito. Also this doesn't look like a 5 layer Burrito too. I also asked for grilled and as you can see in this photo it isn't grilled. Food took 20+ mins to get out. Very limited sauces available. Didnt give me my drink cup had to wait for someone to come to the front.

Why did this location DOUBLE the price of the Luxe cravings box? Every other Taco Bell still has the original price, you are the only ones price gouging your customers. It goes against Taco Bell’s brand and is obviously a blatant attempt to get rid of the deals created by corporate because the franchise wanted more money. I will not be giving you any more of my money until your prices reflect the rest of the Taco Bell’s in Michigan. Ridiculous.

Used to be quite the regular here. Staff are great people, but new ownership is destroying this location. The hour shift, menu price increases, and death of breakfast items have made me a Wendy's guy. :(

New owners suck - got rid of breakfast - opens later - prices have sky rocketed (went to order a BYO luxe box advertised as $7 ish on all other locations, ended costing me over $11 with their price changes)
for the attitude, the service and the quality the new owner ship is tanking this already struggling location even more.

Food was decent until one day it just stopped being made well. Very long wait lines after day time. Had to stop getting it all together because any time you go inside, it just smelled like sewage and nauseating mystery orders. Could not eat food made in an environment with that funky order.

This happened late at night so I will give some leniency but not much. Ordered three tacos with no lettuce. Waited 20 minutes.. only received one taco. Went inside to get the other two.. one of the employees put Lettuce on them, I asked for it to be remade, so he starts picking lettuce off the taco, so I asked again if they could be remade. They made the two tacos, and they still had lettuce on them. The quality control here is outrageous. They were messing up people’s orders left and right. Half an hour wait to get two tacos remade WRONG. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with the service .
