Apparently if you get served burnt food, drinks that weren’t made right and you ask for the issue to be resolved in a very very respectful manner (as I hate confrontation) you’ll basically get told you “don’t belong” at their establishment.

The food was so good, me and my dad ate it all before I could get a picture. Plus the coffee is amazing too, I’m trying to stop myself from chugging the whole thing. I came to Michigan and Ferris State for college tours, and this was just a pit stop, but I’m glad it was! Forget Starbucks or McDonalds, if you’re in Michigan this is the place to be!

I’m so glad to recently find this cafe! Because of the big fro-yo sign, I didn’t expect the cafe in back would be so cozy. It has a vibe going with a fireplace, couches & chill music. The coffee is high quality & well made. There are some basics like avocado 🥑 toast, breakfast sandwiches and such and everything is reasonably priced. Great service! If you haven’t been here yet, go! I wish I’d gone sooner.

Vegetarian options: Avocado toast and others. If you’re not vegan, they’ll make the breakfast croissant with egg and cheese only.

This little eclectic coffeehouse was so adorable. The dirty chai and breakfast sandwich were delicious. The staff were extremely friendly. We will be back.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Big Rapids, the coffee is amazing, the options are endless, the atmosphere is cozy, and the staff are so kind!

Come here about 2 times a week. Everyone they hire (as far as I'm concerned) is polite and has great memory. Simply order your drink and/or food and go sit down... they bring it right to you-as long as it's not crazy busy. Coffee, lotus drinks, and food are all great. Nice place to come when you need some different scenery to work in. Prices for drinks average at $6.50 and is totally worth it when you think about the taste, atmosphere, and customer service. Glad I found this place. Will definitely continue to be a regular until I move out of Big Rapids.

Love. Love. Love this place, people, and cozy vibes. The staff are welcoming and personable. The food is limited, but allows the team to focus on drinks and providing delicious sandwiches or waffles. I love bringing people here to meet and talk.The coffee is fantastic.I have not tried the lotus, but many young adults I know say it's really good.The prices are reasonable for a small-scale coffee shop and I love supporting business ventures like this in our community.

Kid-friendliness: Welcoming place for young kids and toddlers (when they're not busy).Kid-friendly drinks include "iced"chocolate milk, hot chocolate, and non-caffinated teas and I'm sure the waffles are a big hit too.The couch is pretty cool!

My son and I stopped here for the first time. It was clean, quiet, and overall atmosphere was pleasant.However, we had never been there before or anywhere like it and stood there in a dumbfounded way trying to read and figure out the process.The staff working did not offer any help or engage with us at all. After figuring it out and getting what we wanted, the bowl is placed on a scale and you pay by weight.On a side note, the container weight also gets included in the final price. They do not reset the scale or "tare" the weight of your container. Not sure how much of an impact it has on your price but the bowl I had with very little toppings added, was over $9.00.So while there are plenty of delicious options of ice cream and toppings, this was definitely a one and done event for the both of us.
