Amazing sushi!!! Only bad thing is phone number doesn't work. Online ordering is great if the order goes through.

The food was delicious. The online ordering app was amazing. The customer service however was not. We pulled up to the takeout window and were immediately told that we did not pull up correctly and in a VERY rude manner were reprimanded for being three minutes early. Upon asking if it was possible to get extra wasabi, were reminded if we wanted that we should have put it in the online order. Very disappointed, however offered grace. Maybe that you g man was having a bad day. Prayers for him.

Great sushi been waiting for this on Big Rapids for a long time. Love the 911 poppers and the backed rolls are fantastic. The eel and smoked salmon was very fresh. If you like sushi this is the best place to go. Friendly and they treat you like family

The food is authentic and outstanding. Wife likes Firecracker sushi, and I like the seafood Udon noodle. Inside dining space is small, but the drive up window for take-out makes it worthwhile for me personally. The menu is available online.

I love the sushi here. However, I called to place a pickup order at lunch hour (12:30PM) and the phone was picked up, but not answered. I called back right away only to be sent to voicemail. The hours on both the website and Facebook make it clear that you’re open. So why are you hanging up on customers?

So good! The ramen isn’t really authentic ramen but so so good still. I am so happy we went here. New favorite restaurant in big rapids. Probably the best food this hick town has. I’ll be a regular customer here for sure. $25 for 2 people (2 sushi rolls, miso soup, and chicken ramen). Prices are great!

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered from here on Monday July 27th online. The money for our order was taken out if our bank account. The website, as well as the big flashing sign in front of the business, says they are open and you can place an order through drive-through. We pulled up to the window and nothing. Called and someone would pick up and not say anything. Then when we called back it went right to voice-mail. Knocked on the business door and no response. It wouldn't bother me if we didn't have money taken out of our account for this order. While we were trying to figure this out another customer pulled up to the drive through with the same situation. Don't take money out of people's account when you aren't even open. Don't advertise that you are open when you're not open. Very poor business operations.

From out of town and love sushi. Alway rate our sushi against our favorite at home, and this place beat it hands down. Best sushi I have encountered thus far, and we even ordered some of the cheap rolls! Japanese curry rice was amazing!!!
