Went through the drive-through got my order drove 30 miles home. They gave me the wrong order. How hard is it to make a hamburger absolutely disgusted.

Would rate them a zero if I could. This is the dirtiest place we’ve eaten in in a long time. Floors/carpeting is filthy, tables were sticky, service was slow waiting on us. Won’t go back in there to eat again. Someone should make them clean the place up!

0 Star rating very unclean restaurant ànd super messy the manager is so mean to the crew members. The manager blames the grill person all the time for stuff because the manager doesn't fix the grill because there is a element out on the grill and the manager refuses to fix it so the manager is blaming the grill person all the time for problems. I think they need a new manager that isn't Wanda. Wanda is the most rude and disrespectful manager ever!

I’m writing to express my frustration with the ongoing poor service at your location. On Saturday, during my 45-minute meal break, I ordered a Dave’s Single with no mayo, ketchup, or mustard. Instead, I was given a burger with all the condiments I asked to be removed. Additionally, my Baconator fries were served in a salad bowl, which is not acceptable or standard.

When I asked for a refund, the employee at the window (a white female) became visibly irritated and started crying, even though the error was on your end. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. Every time I visit this location, my order is either incorrect or the drive-thru experience is frustrating—often due to a slow-speaking employee who repeatedly messes up orders or them messing the order up.

The general lack of professionalism, accuracy, and courtesy at this restaurant is unacceptable. This location seriously needs to be evaluated, as the quality of service continues to decline. This restaurant is ran poorly

Placed order got food but not what I ordered. Used drive thru and of course by the time you find it's not what you ordered it's a hassle to go back and they were not busy only me and 1 other car.

These are eggshells found in a breakfast burrito. This is the second time this has happened, we let it slide the first time but the second time we called the store, spoke to the manager, and she was so unhelpful and gave us extreme attitude, not offering a solution to the problem. Rude.
