So we calorie splurged on a Big Ole Applebee's burger and switched up to waffle fries (for a nominal fee), and got 5 and a half waffle fries on the plate... not at all what we expected for an upcharge side. Our server agreed that was 'kinda skimpy' and said she would 'go yell at him for us'... We never saw a manager to flag down, which is unusual at Applebees, and will probably go to a different Applebees next time. We do like menu and the food, but there's an Applebees at every exit!

We rarely go out to eat but we went today for a late lunch/early dinner and it was awful. It took forever to get our drinks took 37 minutes to get our appetizer of spinach and artichoke dip which we had to ask for twice. Then our waitress says your order “just came up so I will get it”. Mashed potatoes were cold. Steak was well done not medium and cold and the green beans were cold. Won’t be going back anytime soon if ever at least not that location
