Walked in at 7:30 pm and was told they could not serve roast beef for the next hour!!! So Im assuming this meant they closed some equipment down early to clean so now customers can't even order the sandwich they are known for and have on special.

I don't EVER leave bad reviews, but when I've worked a 15 hour day all I want to do is shower and eat. Went to arbys for some food and recieved TWO large fries halfway full. Not just a little short but literally both were HALF full. 99% of the time I wouldn't even say anything but it just baffles me that someone could send them out the window half full. The food is already over priced so to get half of what you pay for is really just bad service and a lack of care for your job.

I visited the Arby's in Birch Run on 7/13/24. This was the cleanest Arby's I have ever been into. The bathroom was immaculate! The food was fantastic. The service was extraordinary. Great job!

This was probably an anomaly but none the less, nothing was addressed. The paper towel dispenser in the bathroom was empty, the condement dispenser was completely empty & broken, the ice machine was empty for the self serve drinks & the guy behind the counter was moving at 2 speeds, slow and stop. Damn... It was almost as if he was stoned and didn't know what to do. It took him 10 minutes to get the 2 customers completed ahead of us and another 10 minutes to complete the order we had... (take the order, make change and help with getting the order to the counter). He didn't move from his leaning position against the counter for 20 minutes! When the issues were brought to the attention of the staff, we got a shoulder shrug and a look of "what do you want me to do" like a deer in the headlights.Come on, you can do better... Figure it out and correct the issues starting with your management.
