Walked in with my family and was immediately greeted by a young lady at the front counter! Way to snag a customer from Taco Bell across the street. I hate kiosks and pretty much refuse to use them. If you want a real person at the counter come here.

The manager was rood did not listen to my order. I repeated the order three times and she still didn't get it right. Then when I got mad she refused to take my order.
Standard Arby's location. Decor and what not. Friendly staff. We stopped after taking a trip to northern Michigan Sunday for storm damage assessment and repair.
Counter staff was friendly. Prompt and we were taken care of quick.
Food we received. Sandwiches and fries were quite hot and good. Restaurant was tidy. We will return.
