Thanks for the food poisoning

I went threw the drive threw around 8pm on new years day. N got 70$ in food for my family. R sandwiches were spoiled. When I called n wanted my money back. They said they would refund it to my card an never did. I'll never get food from this Arby's again. I took a picture of my food. To show everyone what they tried to get me to feed my family. We would have gotten food poisoning.

william was such a sweetheart and spoke with such enthusiasm in his voice it actually made my day. i only ordered a strawberry lemonade so he made a joke about asking me for arbys sauce. definitely needs a raise or something because i have never been put in a better mood simply because i ordered a single drink at a drive thru. 10/10

Ordered $80.00 worth of food through their Arby's app and ended up still having onions and peppers on the cheese steak sub even though I selected no peppers and onions and was missing the iced tea for that meal and was just told sorry they can't remove the peppers and onions as they're mixed in and was offered no solution to issue except for sorry they can't fix it no refund or replacement for it

Decided tonight Arby's sounded good for dinner after work got the a lil after 11:15 and went to order a classic roast beef sandwich and they said they were all out. It made me a lil upset but I still got something anyway

My husband and I ate here on July 4th, around 12:20pm. The receipt says William, so hopefully that is the young man’s name working the register. He is absolutely amazing! By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! He definitely needs to be in a management position. Thank you so much for the excellent service!
