Paid 52 dollars for my food only to realize when i got home i have no fries for any of my meals when i tried to call back up there they never answered not a happy customer

This was probably an anomaly but none the less, nothing was addressed. The paper towel dispenser in the bathroom was empty, the condement dispenser was completely empty & broken, the ice machine was empty for the self serve drinks & the guy behind the counter was moving at 2 speeds, slow and stop. Damn... It was almost as if he was stoned and didn't know what to do. It took him 10 minutes to get the 2 customers completed ahead of us and another 10 minutes to complete the order we had... (take the order, make change and help with getting the order to the counter). He didn't move from his leaning position against the counter for 20 minutes! When the issues were brought to the attention of the staff, we got a shoulder shrug and a look of "what do you want me to do" like a deer in the headlights.Come on, you can do better... Figure it out and correct the issues starting with your management.

The food was hot. The store was generally clean except the floors were incredibly sticky. The back area where the employees work was also clean. There were a few workers wearing pajamas which I found..amusing to say the least. The Christmas decorations were nice to see around the dining area.

I can not have beef, however I really enjoy getting a turkey and cheddar or turkey gyro at Arby's. This Arby's is the only Arby's I know of that has ever told me that they aren't allowed to substitute turkey for beef on their sandwiches. This is simply not true, because every other Arby's will do it and it is not a problem.

The food was great. Tried the elk venison beef burger combo. So good. Add a side of melted cheese for the fries. The dark sauce in the cup goes on the burger. It's a bit pricey but we'll worth it.
