Sarah is EXCEPTIONAL at her job! She is so genuine and always knows what my order is before I even tell her! She is efficient, yet so personable every time I see her, and I can tell that the training she provides the new staff ensures that they will learn to have the same qualities when they are on their own. I enjoy seeing her when I come to the drive-thru, as I know that my order will always be correct, and be greeted with a smile and warm presence.

Went here on vacation and absolutely loved the quality of coffee and service we received! I have to say though, after working at a biggby myself for over 3 years, i love to pull up and receive the same great coffee and vibes from different stores!

Parking: Big, shared parking lot with Meijer

great coffee, lovely interaction with staff and pretty cheap!!

Kid-friendliness: since its a drive through, it's obviously not gonna be terrible. can't talk on other topics since we only got frozen coffee and hot coffee.
