i’ve nearly always had a good experience here- i stop in almost every morning before work. the employees are always super friendly and helpful, but recently there’s been a newer group of employees (an older lady i’ve noticed the most) who takes forever to get the order ready, even when i’ve made a mobile order, and will still mess up my drinks. i’m hoping the problem will be solved soon, maybe she’s still learning? but it’s been a little disappointing recently.

The staff there is always awesome very friendly and gives you a smile in the morning That's the way it should be in any coffee environment just getting your day going they'll help you out they're really nice you'd probably enjoy just the drive-thru.

Sarah is EXCEPTIONAL at her job! She is so genuine and always knows what my order is before I even tell her! She is efficient, yet so personable every time I see her, and I can tell that the training she provides the new staff ensures that they will learn to have the same qualities when they are on their own. I enjoy seeing her when I come to the drive-thru, as I know that my order will always be correct, and be greeted with a smile and warm presence.
