Not our best meal...beef veg soup was grey and squishy. A few days old, I'd say. BLT was odd; three huge slices of tomato, enough lettuce for a salad, and about 2 half-slices of bacon. Hmmm. Tony's across the street gives you a half pound BLT, I've heard. Service was good, but we will def go back to our local spots next time.

Awful experience. Was sat down, and two tables were sat down and gotten drinks before us. Sat there for 15 minutes waiting.Our server completely ignored us, kept walking by us. We dont have bob evans were I live and haven't has it since my last travels last year. I was soooo excited to have it again. Our waitress decided it was more important to run over to some man and start making out with him in the lobby. Told her thanks for the no service she gave us since we were waiting and she laughed at me.

Ordered the Big Wrangler. Was wanting fresh cooked food like Bob Evan is known for. We didn’t get that. First they couldn’t substitute ham for Sausage . The coffee was cold the food was cold obviously it was microwaved to mildly warm and cool in spots. The biscuits were soggy. Then all we got from the server was awe I’m sorry. Then latter ask is everything still okay? No not at all. The absolute worst Bob Evans experience I’ve ever had bar no. Oh and worst yet the Men’s room was dirty looked dirty smells dirty. No towels and both hand dryers were broken . It’s been a long time since it was cleaned well. When I told the young man mopping the entryway floor about it he said he’d put some in there in a few minutes. I then dried my hands on my clothes. Ugh I won’t go back and don’t it to any one. My opinion is they should close or be closed.

My family loves coming here to eat. Food and service are always gret!
We took 11 seniors for lunch today and although I called ahead to let them know we were coming date and time, we had to wait a short time to be seated. We were seated and had a very good waiter by the name of Gavin. He was prompt and had everyone's order correct. Everyone in our group enjoyed what they got. Just want to thank Gavin as his expertise and was much appreciated with the way he handled our group.
