My family and I went out to eat last night (Saturday). The door was a little packed it was very busy, the wait for food was long but our server was very funny and entertaining and made it worth staying for. She also went out of her way for my nieces by offering her own paper and pens to draw on while they were having a hard time sitting for so long. Our servers name was Bre, she really made the visit worthwhile and we will always be asking for her when we come back!

Placed an online order was told it would be ready by 7:10pm. Got there at 7:10pm didn't receive our food till 7:50pm. Absolutely ridiculous, once we received our wings they were cold. Obviously a nite to not order take out on a fri night.

Nothing about our order was correct. Sauce on the side, don't bother you will not receive any sauce. Ranch, nope you guessed it all blue cheese. My coworkers order from here on a weekly basis and I never order with them because the order is always incorrect. They never complain and just deal with but, honestly this is becoming ridiculous. Do better!
Supppppppppper lame service on a doordash order. Listen, I really dont mind waiting, but over an hour for 3 items and 3 drivers later is absurd. (Beth, our driver, was great) And then you hand me an order that is missing fries and salsa. Super ultra mega lame service on this order. I understand everyone has off nights, but c'mon now.

I popped in last week and went to the takeout counter, ordered my 15 boneless sweet barbecue wings. OH MY GOSHHHHHH, they were so absolutely delicioussssssss!!!!! And in the bag was several pieces of crunchy, fresh celery & 3 little containers of the BEST BLEU CHEESE dressing.... let's just say I wasn't in heaven! Thank you, Buffalo Wild Wings Birch Run MI for doing such a great job at what you do, wow!!!! Great service at the counter also!!!!! A+♥️
