Horrible online ordering experience! I order me & my children dinner and was quoted to be ready for pickup by 6:20p I arrived at 6:30p. Told them my name & was given a completely different order. When I brought it back in they told me it was going to be another 10-15 mins for mine. I left and came back 15 mins later to be told it would just be a few minutes longer which then I waited 10 more minutes. I had to ask for my kids drinks, silverware & never got napkins. My kids were suppose to get potato wedges & got fries, I was supposed to get all flats & they were all mixed. I am highly disappointed & will most likely not be ordering from here again!

The food was pretty average, my salad could have been better. Fry portions seemed smaller compared to other B dubs locations we have been at. The waitress seemed like she didn’t really want to be there.

The kids love the chicken here. I wanted to eat the crispy chicken wings with the restaurant's sauce, so I ordered the sauce on the side instead of adding it. It's located right in front of the outlet mall, so it's easy and convenient to access.It was probably because they were too busy that they took orders late, and many of the monitors in the store were out of order...The food was warm and the staff's attitude was not bad at all, so I wondered if it was a management issue. It's a shame that I can't come.

My visit to Buffalo Wild Wings in Birch Run was profoundly disappointing, marred by both the service and the quality of food served. I had ordered 15 boneless wings, with a clear request for a lemon pepper dry rub on 5, and the rest to be a mix of Asian Zing and Honey BBQ. What I received was a glaring mistake; the lemon pepper wings came drenched in sauce instead of the specified dry rub. Upon raising this issue, the server, while admitting to my having ordered the dry rub, offered a so-called solution that was laughably inadequate – returning shortly with a plate where 5 wings were haphazardly tossed with some lemon pepper seasoning on top.The situation was further compounded by a 40-minute wait for our food, which is excessively long under any circumstance. When the food did finally arrive, it was only lukewarm, signaling a serious lapse in both kitchen efficiency and quality control.After expressing my dissatisfaction, the manager conceded that the effort to amend my order was, indeed, poor. She offered to remake the dish, but by then, my appetite had been soured by the experience. Opting not to wait any longer, I declined the remake, requesting only that the incorrectly prepared wings be removed from our table as they were not what I had intended to eat.This entire experience highlighted a significant shortfall in both food service and customer care at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. It's disheartening to witness such lack of professionalism and attention to detail in what is expected to be a reputable establishment. Future patrons might want to think twice before choosing to dine here, lest they encounter similar frustrations.

Called ahead of time to make sure UFC fights were being shown and they said yes, 7 of us got there ordered food and got 2 fights into the main card and was told we had to leave due to a gas leak that been going on throughout the day. Why wasn’t the place immediately evacuated? Why were we allowed to sit down and eat and just had to leave once our food was finished? Why wasn’t the fire department called? Was this a scam because of the time change that happened and they didn’t want to work as late? Very annoyed and wasted time and money to go up there and expect to watch fights and then be told we had to leave even after calling and making sure they were being shown that night

SOMEONE GIVE THE FOOD RUNNER WITH SUSPENDERS A RAISE. We watched this guy run circles around the entire staff for a good 2 hours.It was very obvious nobody else wanted to be working. My burger was fine but wings were trash.
