I do not recommend pickup orders, you will eventually be forgotten about, its happened 4 times so far to me. Otherwise the food is good and a good stop while shopping.

The staff here are really nice, the food is almost always delicious and in the very rare times it isnt, they are quick to remake it and apologize. The atmosphere is also very cozy, definitely one of the better resteraunts in the area

UPDATE!! Nikies team and Culvers has restored my love for Culvers. My previous review was less than complimentary, but since then, they have sent me coupons for 3 anything on the menu and 3 medium concrete mixers. Now that is stepping up. I couldn't be more pleased. 5 stars across the board.

Spent 42.09 and asked for a fish sandwich plain- you guessed everything on it- on my lunch break no time to go back- not a happy camper-when your order is suppose to be fresh to order..
First time I came here they forgot to put one of my burgers in the bag so called up and they saw it sitting on the counter lol I didn't want to drive back up there so they told me they'd send me a voucher in the mail, I never received it(year later)..decided to come back and try it again finally to which all the food was there and good...foods a bit to expensive

Curbside mishap, went inside instead of using curbside. Some workers didn’t mind at all and were really nice, but one made a huge fuss. Always good food, but sometimes a hothead kills the mood for the place. Always appreciate all of you!
