Picking up an order for Uber you are not supposed to wait unless the order is not ready. Girl made me wait over 10 Repeatedly telling me it wasn't ready. When she was ready, she got the order from right where I was standing. It had been there the whole time. I said it's been there the whole time she looks sheepish and says maybe absolute BS. I hope she meet someone that enjoys wasting her time like she wasted mine and I would think Culver's would hire more professional type people Not people that like to play games with peoples time

This was the Birch Run location. It was a Friday evening and busy. That said, I have never waited that long in line to order. It was also the longest, by a longshot, that I have waited for my order. My kids love Culver's. Everyone's fries were undercooked, and all 3 of them barely ate their corn dog or chicken tenders. We waited about ten minutes to get the free scoops, and the line didn't move. We called it a night and left.
