Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I stood there for almost 10 minutes before someone came to take my order. I just wanted a pop. There was a lady before me waiting on 2 ice creams. No way did it take 10 minutes to make two small ice creams.

A bunch of Lazy people who work here. Got cold gravy, asked for warm gravy, got it back and it was still cold. Ridiculous.

Was given plain chicken strips when asked for Honey bbq and when told they were wrong got cold bbq in a cup. The lady was very rude after the other girls were laughing in the back saying “she made them wrong and put them in buffalo” there was no buffalo, but knowing they were wrong and not fixing them is not okay👎

We waited over 40 minutes for food. I went to ask where our order was, then the cashier went in the back and brought a box of food out in under a minute. (Was it just sitting there? Did they forget about it? Who knows) Needless to say, it was cold. They were really busy, but waiting 40+ minutes for cold chicken strips and onion rings doesn't make sense to me. We could have just walked to Culvers and got the same type of meal quicker, and it would have been hot. Dairy Queen is not good at making food, at least at this location. Go to Leo's, Pita Way, Buffalo Wild Wings, anywhere else if you want food.

The ice cream was perfect though. We had a basic blizzard with oreo.

Very clean resturant, it was a hot day so it was busy but they got orders out quickly. Perfect stop after shopping.

If you don't mind waiting an extra ten minutes waiting for your order or another extra ten minutes waiting for a remake, this place is great. Also I wouldn't recommend if you get annoyed easily because the employees rush you when you order.

Doors are locked at least 20 minutes early from closing. Girl at the counter was rude, and just not caring about the job/quality control.

The worker i think his name was Tristan he said but he is really good he was fast and was very nice 👍 he need a raise and the food was delicious awesome atmosphere

Bathrooms -100 even my six year old daughter said the bathrooms were too dirty to use.

The food was okay. They only had a few drinks available at when you ate inside. The staff was slow taking my order. The bathroom was gross and one of the doors didn’t close or lock. This place needs better management and a better staff.

Don’t even know why I bother coming here anymore. every time I do, the customer service is terrible I took my order she said she would have my total ready at the window. When I get to the window, can’t find my order asked me if I drove through the speaker. Then when I told her my order she just sighed. I told her Thankyou and she said yup. Didn’t even get have a great night. I work in customer service I know how difficult people can be but I was being nothing but nice and got treated terribly. I live in birch run and I refuse to waste my time and money for a shitty attitude.
