Bathrooms -100 even my six year old daughter said the bathrooms were too dirty to use.

The food was okay. They only had a few drinks available at when you ate inside. The staff was slow taking my order. The bathroom was gross and one of the doors didn’t close or lock. This place needs better management and a better staff.

Don’t even know why I bother coming here anymore. every time I do, the customer service is terrible I took my order she said she would have my total ready at the window. When I get to the window, can’t find my order asked me if I drove through the speaker. Then when I told her my order she just sighed. I told her Thankyou and she said yup. Didn’t even get have a great night. I work in customer service I know how difficult people can be but I was being nothing but nice and got treated terribly. I live in birch run and I refuse to waste my time and money for a shitty attitude.

The food was subpar. The service was good, not fantastic. Stick with the ice cream. That's the only thing they really do well.

Me and my girlfriend thought it would be a great idea to come to Dairy Queen on a late night food run. We were wrong. This place has gone to hell. They got our order wrong , I ordered a honey bbq chicken strip basket and instead of getting that I got regular chicken strips and bbq sauce dip on the side and instead of remaking my order and fixing it I had to pay to just give me a big cup of sauce instead of remaking my order (so essentially I had to pay to get my order right that they messed up) . The girl at the window was extremely rude and kept huffing and puffing and clapping her hands together because my girlfriend took a minute to pull up her identification (if you work at the the outlets you get a discount) cry about it, that’s your job. I don’t care if you’re slammed you don’t get to be rude. If you don’t like your job and wanna be rude with customers, quit. Never coming back. And I suggest everyone do the same. Place sucks now.

It’s obvious that these people use old food for DoorDash orders because the customers aren’t in the store to complain about it. I’ve gotten great food in the drive through and my entire DoorDash order I just got is ice cold and stale, and the driver came straight to my house five minutes away. I’m also missing my drink almost every time, like today. I don’t have this problem with most other restaurants in the area. All my orders have been poor quality, and it’s really my fault for continuing to order at this point. I won’t be anymore.

waiting in line for about 35 mins only one car in fro t of us there being run by lazy teenagers who are running around and laughing not making ice cream train your employees better

They need to clean there bathroom you can smell it when you walk in the door of the building. 🤢🤢🤢 and get better light in front of the counter

We waited over 20 minutes from the time we ordered to pulling up at the window. When we got to the window, no one even came to talk to us for 5 minutes or so. It was a little frustrating. We've had long waits here before. They did say someone walked out that night but, like I said, this isn't the first time we've been stuck waiting in line a long time. Otherwise the blizzards were good and they still honored our coupon even though it expired by the time we got to them.

The service was great and fast! The cashier
was very patient!

Our treats were amazing.

Waited ten minutes for one ice cream cone, no one apologized for the wait and the ice cream cone was tiny. Not even worth the time or the money.

Ice cream in February (or anytime of the year). It is always delicious!
