We waited over 20 minutes from the time we ordered to pulling up at the window. When we got to the window, no one even came to talk to us for 5 minutes or so. It was a little frustrating. We've had long waits here before. They did say someone walked out that night but, like I said, this isn't the first time we've been stuck waiting in line a long time. Otherwise the blizzards were good and they still honored our coupon even though it expired by the time we got to...
We had a big order with food and drinks and got our sundaes and blizzards first before anything so they melted. I can't give a toddler ice cream in a car seat without a huge mess so that was pretty inconvenient. Food and drinks need to come first, especially when it's as hot as it's been. Lady also gave us attitude at the window because we had issues hearing each other in the drive thru.
Very good ice cream as dairy queen usually is. Seems like a very busy place. I pretty much only have one issue and that's the employees setting one of our ice cream cones on the bare counter. That's disgusting to me! The germs etc...
