Everything always tastes great and everyone is usually pretty nice, but my goodness they are SLOW, especially during the afternoon. 4 4 cars in front of me and took a half hour to get my mobile order consisting of 1 drink. Wish there were more Dunkin's around!

If zero stars were an option that’d be the one I’d pick. This is the absolute WORST Dunkin’ I’ve EVER been to. I mean. That with every bone in my body. Every single time I go it’s over a 20 minute wait in line to get my order AND they ALWAYS forget my food. This is the 3rd time I’ve went and they had forgotten my hashbrowns and sandwich. This is ridiculous and they need to get it together. Outrageous and the costumer service seriously sucks.DO BETTER.

First time stopping here. Just wanted to get some donuts. It was nice. Atmosphere was decent. Wait time was a little long. Not sure if that’s typical or not. Service was good. All in all definitely a nice stop. Donuts were fresh, had a variety of different flavors to choose from also.

This Dunkin’ is hands down one of the best! The coffee is always fresh, smooth, and exactly what I need to kickstart my day. No matter how busy it gets, the team keeps things moving quickly and with a smile. I’ve never had to worry about my order being wrong—they’re super consistent, which makes mornings so much easier. The donuts are soft, sweet, and always taste fresh, and the breakfast sandwiches are warm, filling, and way better than you’d expect for fast service. Whether I’m rushing to work or just need a little afternoon pick-me-up, Dunkin’ hits the spot every single time. It’s reliable, tasty, and always leaves me in a better mood when I leave. Definitely a 5-star experience every visit!

I can’t believe how long it takes me to go through the drive thru or even wait in the lobby. I’m waiting 20 minutes for a coffee and wrap when I’m the only one in line. I don’t come to this one as often anymore because it’s always such slow service. It’s actually crazy how long you wait for something.

Don’t think you’re just going to make a “quick stop” here. This is the worst Dunkin’ I have ever been to. Waited in line in the store for 10 minutes with ONE person in front of me who was only acknowledged just before I left the store (and they were told by a seemingly confused staff member “uh, someone will be with you”). I got tired of waiting, thought maybe I’d place a mobile order and just swing through the drive thru. Sat in the drive thru for another 15 minutes with one car in front of us and a slew of others behind before the car in front of us was even acknowledged at the window. Many left the drive thru line behind us. Staff was not attentive, nobody seemed to know what was going on, and there was not even a “hey, sorry for the wait!”. Sad thing is, I’ve only been to this one twice while traveling. Won’t be back as clearly the bar set for service is on the floor. I am so happy our local Dunkin’ (shoutout to Holt, MI store) is always incredible. Not sure what’s going on here, but I highly advise the district manager, corporate, whoever to put in some intensive training and management work with the staff. Waiting almost 30 minutes for a single black iced coffee is ridiculous.
