I will never go back to this dunkin ever again, who ever they had on at 11:30 am 1/5 was so rude huffing & puffing when I asked for snickers flavored coffees. I tried to be nice & tell her I understood she was probably the only one on & the line was long but still she was rude, so after waiting 15 minutes in line for orders she wasn’t even taking because only 2 cars were at the window, I left with nothing.

We come in for donuts time to time we’re locals the last 6 months the doughnuts are half covered and skimpy on toppings if we’re going to pay a premium for doughnuts can they at least be frosted when that’s what we order we get a half dozen and most of this box is all barely covered in frosting it’s not the first the second the third or the fourth time this happens I guess we’re the suckers that keep going back and try and support local business but you guys have to do better please so I don’t have to shop elsewhere

We came into this Dunkin today and had an unfortunate visit. This is our first time at this Dunkin and we ordered a latte and a cold brew. It was very busy in there, and as a restaurant manager I get it. It took 5-7 mins for the latte to come out, which is fine. As the other drink, we assumed that they had forgot about it as we were watching everyone else in line behind us get their orders first. We had told them twice that we were waiting on the drink. The first time they told me it would be out shortly, the second time they said someone took the drink. We were waiting at the pickup counter for our drinks and there was not a drink placed, so I assumed they never made it or handed it out to someone at the window. I’d like to mention that while we were waiting, the workers were laughing, and were throwing bags of hot food down the expo station to the drive thru window. Overall it was a very dissapointing and unprofessional experience.

This is a Dunkin Donuts attached to the BP gas station. They serve hot and cold espresso drinks and other things (like donuts). The staff is always friendly, They always seem busy, and they make a decent cappuccino. I'm definitely glad they're there. The place is kept clean, and I've seen people sitting and eating or socializing at the small eating area provided.
