On a good day, you'll wait 15 minutes for your order. I'm often late for work and I work across the street waiting for something from them, and I always have to give myself 20 minutes and even then I'm sometimes late. It's absolutely terrible. They keep taking orders when they haven't even filled the ones that have been sitting there for 20 minutes. I waited 10 minutes to be recognized at the drive-thru and then another 10 minutes for just a bagel with one person in front of me. They have no hustle, no drive. They do not care how long they take. It's terrible there

I visited the BP gas station, which also runs the Dunkin, and I was very happy! Nice and clean store and bathroom!
My boyfriend’s frozen mocha tasted like corn syrup and he couldn’t have a milk alternative for his drink when Dunkin’ used to allow milk alternatives for frozen drinks. Not sure I will come back to this location ??

I guess I'm a sucker for standing around. I drive for work and this is the fourth time and the past couple months that I've wasted my lunch break standing inside dunkin' donuts waiting to be served. My truck is too large to go through the drive-thru. If it's drive-thru only, why don't they put a sign up or have one of their multiple employees standing around Just tell me we are not open on the inside. You'll have to go through drive-thru. But instead I'm listening to two female workers talking to a customer about what they wear to work and what hours they work. I really do enjoy dunkin' donuts but I cannot stand this location. The one woman I saw in the drive-through was running around doing her job while others are standing around talking, where is the teamwork. I wouldn't doubt that she doesn't stick around. Thanks again for a wasted lunch break.
Ordered a hot chai latte and they put an ice cold drink into a cup for hot beverages. Not only was it not what I wanted but it tasted AWFUL too.

Couldnt Even make a simple sausage and cheese English muffin I never said egg and they gave me egg and all the cheese stuck to the egg so I couldn't take it off and coffee taste like sink water

I ordered decaf coffee as I have heart issues and cannot have the caffeine but still like coffee. They gave me regular instead of decaf and I did not realize it until I started having palpitations half way through drinking it. If you order decaf here I would strongly recommend double checking your order carefully!! The food is decent but will not be back do to lack of competence of staff.

I tried to call to order coffee and donuts ahead of time. All I said on the phone was "can I order donuts and a box of coffee for next Saturday?" I was met with groaning and "who is this?! Are you the person who does this all of the time?!" It was incredibly rude and I ended up telling them never mind and ordering from Tim Horton's instead.
