I hadn't been to Jimmy John's for a while but I decided to try their new toasted sandwiches. The chicken bacon ranch was delicious! The service from all staff, but especially Nicole, was impeccable. I will definitely be coming back for many more toasted sandwiches!
I never really get jimmy John’s but needed something fast because I was starving, Nicole went above and beyond and helped me choose a sandwich she thought I would enjoy and boy she was right!! Nicole also suggested I try the pickle and pair it with a fountain drink. I did and it was a delicious meal! Thank you JJ’s and thank you Nicole! I’ll definitely be back :)

This was the worst Jimmy John’s experience. We waited 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Both were entered into the computer wrong per the receipts. Every order ahead of us was also wrong and had to be re-made.

I absolutely love Jimmy John's! I recently ate inside of the dine-in, and was impressed at how clean it was-- including the bathrooms! The staff were very nice, and the food is always good. Personally, I prefer this over any sub place.
I recommend the Beach Club sandwich!

Such a great experience for our first dining session in Michigan.
First, the taste of the sandwiches were very good. They may look kinda flat, but it’s actually really packed and an 8 inch sandwich was really filling for each of us.
The service was amazing as well. The girl at the counter as super friendly and super helpful. Gave us recommendations when we asked for it and just so friendly giving us that welcoming feel
There is lots of parking available as it’s just on the outer rim of the birch run outlets so it’s easy to access even if you’re shopping
